Surprisingly Very Good
Stayed in May 2026 with my wife and 6yr old. As the accommodation is marked as a 2 Star I feared the worst, but couldn’t have been more surprised at the cleanliness and attention to detail shown around the complex.
Set in a good location, around 20 minutes walk to the nearest highlife and around 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. A 10 minute taxi gets you into Ciutadella which is beautiful and a must- visit.
Hotel rooms are basic with old furniture but the bed and pull-out bed were both comfortable and all appliances worked well.
Rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard.
Pool area is also jetwashed daily and the pool is regularly cleaned and ph checked. Even the trees and gardens around the complex are manicured to perfection - they really do look after the place.
All the staff, from reception, to restaurant, to cleaners were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful.
The food at the pool bar/restaurant was better than anything we had at local restaurants that week. Reasonably priced too.
Lovely atmosphere around the pool and lots of space to sunbathe.
Minor downsides:
1. No air con in the rooms but there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a portable fan in the living room, which were adequate for comfortable sleep.
2. Wifi is limited in the rooms but much better around the pool area.
3. (Very minor) Reception was closed when we checked out so I didn’t get my €20 deposit back for the room safe. I have emailed the hotel but received no reply.
An in all we absolutely loved our week here and will definitely go back again.

Ok for the price paid
Stayed for a week 23rd July -30th, family of four. 10year old and 3 year old.
Start on a very positive note! Staff and pool fantastic. Attentive, polite nothing was too much. Pool is stunning, cool enough to cool down in but not so cold you fear getting in. Toddler pool fab for the little ones. NEVER a fight for a sun bed they were always available no matter what time of day you went down and no reserving of them.
Food at the bar was great too... so much so we only ventured out twice and still said the bar food was better and affordable (big portions) 1 kids meal fed both our kids !!
Beach within perfect proximity, however found this beach dirty and full of rubbish :(
Did not spend more than a half day there, pirate cove was a fab beach restaurant with fab cocktails.
Unfortunately weather was far too hot to walk a toddler out and about so only ventured to Jimmy Hills once which was ok but full of shops where the kids just want want want... Not our cup of tea.
Sadly the apartments are very dated, but were sufficient for what we paid.
We went self catering and wished we had done half board considering we liked the food at the bar would have saved heat build up in the room which again has No air conditioning, fans which really didn't cut it made some nights pretty unbearable.
Towels changed every other day.
Things missing for us, some entertainment on site, air conditioning, updated facilities.
The heatwave for us was a challenge but not the hotels fault.
Would we return... Probably not.
Did we have fun despite some minor issues. absolutely!

Absolutely needs to be modernized!
We booked this property through a vacation package with Eden.
Upon arrival, the exterior of the property is very nice, with a beautiful pool, bar, etc.
But, once we arrived at the apartment, what a disappointment!
Dated apartments, with old furniture but above all WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. I firmly believe this is something that should be pointed out to the customer during the booking phase.
Fortunately, we were not on the ground floor and this allowed us to keep the windows open at all times so that it didn't feel like entering a sauna every time...
It's a shame because the place is nice, also in terms of the area and the little beach right there...

A nice find, great for the price
We booked this last minute, for August reading the reviews about the air conditioning and wondering how hard it could be after braving the UK heatwave.
The fans were ok, noisy but with doors/ windows open it was no worse than being at home in the heatwave...except these buildings are designed for the heat.
We loved it here. Yes it is dated, but it's clean. The check-in lady was wonderful, moving my room from 1st floor with pushchair (no lift) to the room on the ground floor next to my parents.
The pools are fabulous! Warm, large and never too full. Baby pool amazing. Always able to get a sunbed. Clean area.
We did self catering and whilst the facilities were basic, the restaurant food was good...if not a little expensive. The service in there was hit and miss to be honest, but generally ok. We only had a couple of evening meals there.
No entertainment, but I didn't miss it. It was lovely to have a drink whilst kids played in games area.
The beachbis a 2 min walk round the back of the blocks opposite pool. Beach was lovely, kids and my dad swam to end of cove and looked in caves. We lived at the beach bar, brilliant cocktails.
Supermarket felt like a trek with a pushchair and is basic. Would be great if the bar could sell break and milk essentials. You can buy bottled water there at 3x price of supermarket.
We went to Cuitadella, a great day out. The bus stop is down from the hotel, very easy to navigate and you are there within about 20 mins. Be mindful Cuitadella almost fully closes for siesta.
All in all, we enjoyed our 5 night break. After having had a terrible recent 4* all inclusive experience in Turkey, this restored my faith in the package holiday and this hotel was a bit part of that!

Dated apartments but absolutely delightful bar staff.
Very dated property, the mini apartments need to be renovated, especially the bathrooms. There is no air conditioning but a fan for the room that runs at an excessive, non-adjustable speed for the night and a fan for the sofa bed. In this regard, if I PAY for a 4-bed apartment, I want to find 4 made beds, not the double bed made and the sofa bed that I have to make myself, and the towels and pillows for the 2 children to be requested.. Our apartment was on the ground floor with a parking lot view, very noisy.
The beach adjacent to the property is small and very dirty. To see a beautiful sea, you need a car.
The price is excessive for what it offers,
The really positive thing is the very nice pool and the pool bar with truly delightful staff who deserve every honorable mention for their kindness and availability.
