Das Estival Centurión Playa heißt Sie an der Küste von Vilafortuny mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer willkommen. Die Einrichtungen des Hauses sind rund um einen großen Außenpool und einen Whirlpool gelegen. Die Zimmer sind mit Balkon und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Restaurant im Estival Centurión serviert eine Auswahl an traditionellen spanischen Gerichten. Freuen Sie sich auch auf die Bar und die Terrasse mit Meerblick. Abends wird ein kurzweiliges Unterhaltungsprogramm geboten. WLAN steht begrenzt kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Highspeed-Internetzugang wird gegen Aufpreis bereitgestellt. Die Mitarbeiter am Tourenschalter des Hotels unterstützen Sie gern mit Informationen über die Umgebung. Mietwagen und Leihfahrräder können ebenfalls arrangiert werden. Das Estival liegt nur 5 Fahrminuten vom Zentrum von Cambrils und dem Yachthafen entfernt. Busse zum Themenpark PortAventura halten vor dem Hotel.

Excellent food, decent pool, good rooms, well air-conditioned hangout area, sea was not crystal clear with some algae
I'm my reviews I like to get straight to the point, the food was the standout, the meat/fish was usually cooked to perfection, with high turnover rates of the buffet dishes, always chefs making things fresh behind the counter, the rabo de toro was something my entire spanish family raved about, along with the lobster/fish soup. They didn't put out a paella in the week we were there, there was good quality ice cream, the cakes are nothing special as usual t. The breakfast menu was decent, they had about 3 types of croissant, sausages, boiled eggs fried eggs, lots of different types of milks and donuts, lots of fresh fruit, churros. Another standout was the proximity to the beach, it is a 30 sec- minute walk from the hotel to the beach. As for the beach itself, the sand is clean, however the water wasnt crystal clear, you couldnt see your feet beneath you that much, and there was a fair bit of floating seaweed, less as you went out more, it's not just smooth sand, it does have a few metres of rocky/pebbly as you're entering the sea. I went mid August so not sure if this is an all year round thing, another minor annoyance is that the pool despite being well sized with a shallow and deep end, it is located under a pine tree, which meant that most of the time there were a few pine needles scattered on the pool surface, only some people would find this an issue. The rooms are clean, good air con, shower can sometimes be a bit hot cold hot cold like in a lot of hotels, but not really much of an issue. I didn't see one mosquito in the whole week, and I am someone who gets bitten first in the group. When I went there were a lot of Germans/french/Spanish but not many English. There is a small gym, a small hot tub/sauna big enough for 2-3 ppl. There is an air hockey table and a pool table, but they are not in an air conditioned room unfortunately. The seating area is really good, spacious really good aircon. The prices of the drinks are quite high ranging from 3 pounds for a sangria (good deal) to 8-9 pounds a cocktail. The burger and chips were 10 pounds, fries alone 4 pounds. I would recommend this hotel is you didn't mind the sea not being crystal clear with a bit of seaweed floating, the food must be excellent, and you don't mind there not being many english people, along with wanting a close proximity to the beach.

Regarding the children’s play area, the air conditioning should have been switched on. If this was not the case during your stay, simply mentioning it at reception would have allowed us to turn it on straight away.
We also believe there may have been some seaweed on the beach due to the bad weather. However, we are not aware of any rocks either in the sand or at the water’s edge.
We are delighted to know that we met your expectations. Our main aim is always our guests’ satisfaction.

Wonderful hotel experience
It is a very nice hotel. All staff members are very nice and accommodating. A little surprisingly for us, everyone speaks almost perfect German, even though you see very few Germans here. The breakfast offers an extremely diverse and delicious selection. The buffet in the evening does as well. There are enough seats, a cooled indoor area, and an uncooled outdoor area closer to the pool. The complex itself is beautiful, with the trees and the large pool. The direct beach access is great. The evening shows are also very nice to watch and always funny. The rooms are also very nicely furnished and are cleaned every day. There is the option to sit in the hotel area in the evening and enjoy the show up close.
Unfortunately, there is one downside, for which the hotel is not really to blame. The daily fight for sun loungers is really bad. Since the pool area opens at 8:30 AM, the first people are already lining up before this area even opens. Perhaps this could be balanced out with more umbrellas, as there are too few of them for our taste. There is a notice that reserved loungers in the form of towels will be removed after 40 minutes if left unattended. Unfortunately, this is not enforced.
Parking spaces are offered by the hotel, but can generally also be found in the smaller parking lots on the main street. We are departing the day after tomorrow and can only recommend the hotel.
We definitely made the right hotel choice for our vacation.

Fantastic holiday

A little piece of heaven
What an amazing place! I went with my mum and we wanted a relaxing holiday. From the evening we got there all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing! The chefs work so hard. The bar staff also are very attentive and never stop! The hotel should be so proud of them all! The beach is right there just a few steps away from the pool area. The rooms are nice, we only had a standard but was nice enough. I must stress that if your looking for nightlife then its not the hotel or area for you and there were alot of older people. That is not a negative though as I dont have any negatives. Im am currently sat here now trying to book for October! Thankyou so much for a fantastic holiday

Nice junior suite
Shower drain smelled! Every time you used it. I did report this. But didn't do anything.
Busy pool area
Spa area bit tatty water leaking out ceiling hot tub had sand in buttons a bit dodgy.
Excellent food good choices at breakfast and dinner.
Bus stop outside plus supermarket over the road.
