Sanabrés Road

A beautiful house, well equipped, clean and comfortable. First stage of the Camino Sanabrés, a group of friends stayed there and we found it wonderful.
The host, Roberto, has helped us and advised us very wisely.

Very cool hotel stop over on camino

We stayed here while doing the Camino and so nice the lady owner that checked us in so nice and friendly and helpful and a really nice place nearly all to ourselves the rooms clean and bathroom nice very quite small town but so nice the hotel and so cheap would recommend anyone to stay here when doing the walk thank u again

Welcome stopover on the Camino de Santiago

A homely place although not a lot of atmosphere in a village with not a lot going on. But generally the Via de la Plata seems very empty anyway. Bed was comfortable (had a great night’s sleep) and a great shower. Our room (1 of 4) was at the top of the house - it was large and very purple. When we arrived it felt a bit cold and damp. Breakfast was a help-yourself-affair - we were given our butter, jam and orange juice to keep in our fridge in the bedroom the night before. A quiet, comfortable place to lay your head.

Great stop on the Via de la Plata

Just stayed for one evening whilst walking from Ourense to Santiago de Compostela but would definitely recommend this small guest house. Lovely hosts, really welcoming and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Special thanks for leaving us breakfast and coffee well ahead of normal breakfast time, it set us up for the morning.
Would definitely recommend to anybody walking this route or visiting the area.

Excellent hospitality and comfort on the Camino

This is an absolute must stop on the Via de la Plata. Spacious and comfortable, hosts Roberto and Antia will help you decide the best path forward as you continue on the Way. I would suggest spending two nights here if you are planning to see Oseira Monastery; that way you can do Oseira as a day trip without the pack. Roberto can suggest some options if you decide to do this. Cea is a delightful village and certainly merits a two day visit--that way, you can visit the bakeries and feast on Cea's famous bread!
