Communion

We celebrated my child's communion at the Parque Real Hotel, and the experience could not have been more disastrous and concerning. We arranged the banquet with the hope of a special day, but it ended in a serious public health issue.
The fish casserole dish arrived in terrible condition; the fish had a slimy texture.
As a result of this, 10 of the guests have fallen ill with gastrointestinal problems.
It is unacceptable for a hotel of this category to have such a lack of control and quality in its kitchens, jeopardizing the health of the diners, among whom were children and elderly people.
I do not recommend it at all for any type of event. A total disappointment and an unforgivable lack of professionalism.
The cocktail drink was very hot, at 36 degrees under the full sun with a black plastic tarp, which further increased the temperature.
Everything has been communicated to the event manager, and he has not provided us with any convincing explanation.
I do not recommend it at all.

Nice hotel for a one night stopover
Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on the food.

Front desk friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and morning coffee under the palm trees. Nice tree lined park nearby for walking.
