Room was clean bathroom toilet was leaking but apart from that it was a pleasant stay.
Would have thought there would have been provision for a drink before 7.30 pm

Perhaps it could lose a star.

Centrally located hotel, a 5-minute walk from the center of Ciudad Real.
Friendly reception staff.
Spacious room, with excessively classic decoration, but this is a matter of taste, with comfortable beds where one can rest well.
The bathroom is the point to improve in room C; in my opinion, it needs to be renovated without a doubt.
Another unpleasant detail is leaving the safe without a battery, making it completely useless, and a 4-star hotel cannot fail in these trivial matters.
The garage has very steep and complicated ramps between columns, which can make it difficult to go down and up if you have a large car.

IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL A RESERVATION.

Very poor management by reception when trying to cancel a reservation for July 4th. I tried to cancel on July 1st, not out of negligence, but due to a very, very serious health issue with my vision that prevented me from driving or moving from my house. And completely unexpected. I was kept in the dark for two days until they finally replied to me by email saying that it is completely impossible because we are out of time. I hope that from now on they consider not paying any attention to the customer. By the way, the girls who answered the phone do not listen; in fact, I believe they ignored me from the beginning. They could not have worse customer service. Then we wonder why there are cities where you wouldn't even think of spending a weekend.

very poor receptionist care

the room clean but very dirty terrace with more than 25 butts when I told the receptionist answered me in bad ways that the hotel had been full and they would clean it .. after two hours without cleaning he answered that it was busy and had no time to clean it already his bad ways inconvenienced me and I will not return to this hotel

Great choice on breakfast, a lot fresh fruit. Room is older but clean. Nice staff and free parking. Location is not that good. Limited choice on restaurants or attractions
