A good choice for central Ciutadella

A very clean,comfortable and chic boutique hotel in a quiet (no church bells) central old town location. Breakfast not offered but a kitchen is available. Also complimentary drinks including beer appreciated.Beware booking system has been hacked so ignore any suspicious emails.

Marta the host was amazing, kind and helped with everything, clean, convenient place to stay

We were in Menorca for the weekend and booked a boat tour 12 minutes away, went to Mareya and Ivette Beach club, all very convenient from the hotel. I would go back and stay here, if I were to go back, if not for anything , for Marta, the landlady. She was welcoming, organised and checked with us when we were arriving, kindly guided us with ways to get there and was consistent and helpful throughout the stay. We were in the superior room, to get more space. It was clean, with a beach umbrella to borrow, ice bag, clean linen, toiletries, kettle. The local area was nice to walk in , traditional looking. Its not posh but very cosy and comfy. You can pay for brekkie if you like. I was there with my adult daughter and enjoyed the stay

Marta Super!

Great retreat in the center of Ciutadela run by a young mom full of energy and cute. Attentive to every customer need makes you feel at home and welcomes you in one of the few rooms of the refuge tastefully decorated in full Menorcan style. Do not miss breakfast: delicious homemade cakes... top the tart

I stayed at this Boutique Hotel in July me and my partner, central and spacious location, you feel at home, Marta an excellent hostess, takes great care of breakfast which as we well know for us Italians and 'very important, cleanliness and professionalism'
If I return to Menorca I will stay here again

All fluff in the heart of Ciutadella

Let's start by saying that Marta the owner is a helpful and very accommodating person unlike the attendant Frida who seems courteous but in reality it's all a show.
Place located in the center of Ciutadella, very central but uncomfortable, small spaces, I didn't even have a wardrobe to hang clothes. Unfortunately, the first day I found a cockroach in the room, I didn't find a great cleanliness, plus one night the air conditioner blew out, we had to sleeping with a fan, think about sleeping in a room only with windows at 30 degrees! Maybe spending a weekend in this structure can be done, but for 10 days it's a cell. I found the stay very expensive for what it offers.
But in courtesy and availability they are 10
