einige Vor- und Nachteile
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, aber nicht leicht zu finden. Wir waren konnten wir dann endlich finden die Apartment, aber konnte nicht ausfindig machen zu lassen Sie uns in jedem empfehlen. Wir riefen an und der Herr kam nach einer Weile. Er zeigte uns, wo wir das Auto und dann links. Ich hatte den Hügel hinauf schleppen alleine mit dem Gepäck. Der Grundriss war vielseitig. Kein Shampoo wurde zur Verfügung gestellt - nur ein Spender von Seife. Der Hausmeister wollte nehmen Sie ein Bild meiner Kreditkarte die Rechnung. Ich schlug vor, dass Idee Bargeld nicht gefällt. Ich habe aber noch nie haben wir eine Quittung.

Excellent!
Fantastic, very clean, complete and equipped, very comfortable beds. It is very well located, in old house but well restored and with elevator. Perfect for short visits because it is close to the most visitable. In addition the owners give excellent care. Recommended 100%.

Spectacular weekend
We went to spend a weekend and the truth is that it couldn't be better. Small but new apartment, with all the comforts and very cozy and in the entire old center, with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, all kitchen utensils. The host Félix a 10, super attentive and friendly.
We recommend this accommodation 100x100, we will definitely return. We can't fault anything

Well equipped little studio
We received a warm welcome from Felix who met us at the agreed meeting point within ten minutes of us arriving despite us being a few hours early. He had arranged parking at the auditorium for free which was within a five minute walk to the apartment .....though this is uphill to the historic quarter. He packed our luggage and us into his little fiat and took us as far as he could before helping to carry our luggage the last few steps to the apartment. He gave us a detailed tour of the small well equipped studio which was just what we needed after a long drive through France and Spain as it had a washing machine and ironing facilities as well as dishwasher, microwave, hob etc. The only thing missing that a Brit would want was a kettle. We always travel with a small one as they rarely have tea making facilities in hotels in Spain even in the five star ones.
The bed was comfortable and apartment clean apart from the kitchen cupboards which could have done with a more thorough clean. There was free wifi and we were just a few steps from the famous hanging houses and the Plaza Mayor with its Cathedral and bars. We were worried that there was no air con in such a hot Summer but he assured us that the temperature would drop during the night because of the height and this proved true. We slept well with the windows open and the mosquito shutters down. We found this place comfortable, well located and perfect for our needs. Felix was charming though be warned he has little English. We managed fine with my bad Spanish and the use of his phone in translating. We would certainly recommend this to anyone who would like to spend a few days in Cuenca. It was very well priced.

ALOJAMIENTO RECOMENDABLE 100% !! FÉLIX (EL CASERO) UN PLACER CONOCERTE.
La casa está en una ubicación excelente, al lado de las casas colgadas. El anfitrión Felix se portó de 20!! Super cercano,amable desde el minuto cero. Nos esperó con el coche para poder subir las maletas hasta el apartamento. Nos explicó todo y además nos recomendó lugares y sitios donde comer y cenar, de hecho le hicimos caso y no nos decepcionó.La casa estaba dotada de todo y nos puso en la que tenía terraza que pudimos el primer día aprovechar y comer allí.Y una opinión pero constructiva, las camas deberían de ser algo más cómoda.
