Disgust and discontent, uncomfortable and dirty...

They are stupid bastards, they don't clean, they don't change towels or toilet paper, they don't change the sheets and they don't put soap if you don't ask for it, they don't have specialized staff, they're stupid, the elevator stinks, they don't attend the reception, they ruined my life. stay. I will not return there again..

DONT STAY! Didnt stay as Manager wanted CASH to store bikes

Arrived, asked to put our bicycles in an outside area - locked at night - when we went in we were told that storage of the bikes would be 5 Euros each CASH! I said I would pay by card - Manager got ANGRY and ABUSIVE. told us to stay somewhere else - threated to throw our bikes onto the streeet if we didnt pay... then told us to find somewhere else! He then said he would refund us and we can go... guess what.... told NO REFUND and that we didnt have to pay for the bikes and we could have our room... all trust had gone by this point. I have emailed Bossh hotels and NO reply. I will be taking this further!

DONT STAY HERE!!!!!

Where to start!!!! This hotel's manager tried to charge us €5/bike for storage.... CASH!!!! did not have cash so Said we would pay by card. Went downhil from there! Told us to go and stay somewhere else. Didn't need our trade... and offered us a refund!!!! And guess what! NO REFUND!!! If the Bossh chain are reading this... then you need to investigate this... is your manager taking cash only for "storing' bikes!!!!!! Really really unhappy!! FYI... did not stay here. Could not of stayed with such a rude angry manager!!!! Still awaiting refund that was promised my manager!!!!
