Family stay
Pleasant pool
Staff not very welcoming, except for the ladies at the bar
Spent 3 nights and I am still waiting for a 2nd pillow I asked for politely.
Quiet hotel when the children present are not screaming around the pool. Lack of rigor in enforcing quiet in the hotel
Overheated gym near the spa

Excellent stay with exceptional treatment.
From the first day we were interested in the hotel, we were lucky enough to contact **Hugo**, who accompanied us from the first moment with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and approachability. His treatment, his willingness, and his attention to every detail made us feel calm and very well accompanied throughout the process.
On the day of our wedding, staying there was a perfect choice. Hugo made our stay even more special, worrying about us at all times and ensuring that we felt cared for and welcomed on such a significant night.
We want to especially highlight his human quality, his professionalism, and the very warm and kind way in which he assisted us. People like him are the ones who make the difference and make a stay become an unforgettable memory.
We also want to thank the rest of the team for the treatment received and the attention during our stay. Everything was taken care of down to the detail, and we take with us a feeling of warmth and professionalism that we value very much.
Thank you, Hugo, and thank you to the entire team for having been part of one of the most important moments of our life. We will always keep a precious memory of our wedding night and the experience lived at your hotel.
Without a doubt, we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special place, with an excellent team and treatment that goes far beyond what is expected.

Very cool!
From the first moment, very attentive to everything we have needed. It is appreciated that there is plenty of parking with wide spaces. In addition, the spa is very well managed and has what is necessary to relax. Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner that was included for us were very good. Staff, friendly and helpful.
That night there was a very good singer! Live voice and guitar!
We took the romantic package and it is a very tight price for everything it offers.
We are satisfied and will return on another occasion.
Yes, we missed having some board game area, cards, a pool table... in the large main lounge.
