A place I always want to return to

A month ago I stayed at this hotel and with great excitement, I have returned once again. I want to thank from the bottom of my heart the entire team for their warm welcome, kindness, and attention. All the employees are very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I have fallen in love with this hotel! ❤️ I will return very soon. Thank you very much for making each stay so special!

DO NOT COME HERE-THERE WAS DIRTY UNDERWEAR FOUND IN OUR ROOM.
First of all, we received awful, awful service from the staff. My friend was given out to multiple times for dozing off on the pool-side couches, despite everyone around her sleeping. This is just one instance of the staff's prejudice against us. One of the staff who gave out to her, Andrea, also shouted at our group across the breakfast hall because we were bringing an apple out. We had paid for breakfast- it does not matter where we eat it! The previous morning, we brought an apple out, and there was no comment made from staff. Clearly some of the staff here, like Andrea, suffer from severe unprofessionalism.
There was three of us in the room for two weeks, and we had to ask reception whether there was a larger room available because ours was TINY. We did not have enough room to walk around, and our balcony was a sliver. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful, telling us the only option was to pay 800 euro each for a superior room. We had already paid 1000 euro to stay there, and let me tell you, the quality of this hotel is not worth that extortionate price. I would deem it a 3 Star hotel, not a 4 Star, and that is a generous opinion.
We were catfished by the pool. The photos of it do not represent its minuscule size. The walls of the hotel were extremely thin, making it extremely hard to sleep. We had multiple nights where we could not get a minutes rest. And, worst of all, on our 4th night there, we discovered DIRTY UNDERWEAR under our bed. Absolutely shocking. How the staff let this slip, I do not understand, but I am not surprised given the absolute subpar experience I have had. Whether your group consists of family, friends, or yourself, there is one thing you must heed- DO NOT COME HERE.

In fact, during the check-out process our reception team asked whether everything had been satisfactory, and at that moment you told us that everything was fine. Had we been aware of the issues you describe, we would have done our utmost to investigate them immediately and try to provide a solution while you were still with us.
Regarding the cleanliness issue you mention, finding an item left behind by previous guests is something that falls far below our standards, and we sincerely apologize for this. We have shared your comments with our housekeeping team so that our inspection procedures can continue to improve.
We are also sorry that you felt disappointed with the service received and with the size of your room. Our team always tries to offer the best possible alternatives depending on availability and the conditions of each reservation. We regret that the options available did not meet your expectations.
Concerning the noise, we fully understand how important a good night's sleep is. We are currently working on improvements and exploring solutions in this area. In addition, starting from the 2026 season we have begun a renovation and soundproofing project for our guest rooms, as well as refurbishing our restaurant, to further enhance our guests' experience.
As for the pool, we are sorry if it appeared different from your expectations. We always strive to present our facilities as accurately as possible through our official photographs.

Wonderful hotel

Good enough for 2/3 nights
Lovely hotel, rooms nice and clean (thanks to the lovely British lady who has been living there 35 years and was so lovely every morning! Top trumps to her!).
The staff at breakfast were a bit kirt and borderline rude. Wanted to take an apple with me but she stopped me at the door and said I couldn’t - I had already picked it up and she wanted me to put it back in the fruit section which was a little concerning given hygiene purposes so I left it on the side for her to do what she wanted with. I can’t manage much at breakfast due to a major post op infection a few months back but I guess rules are rules.
The pool area is nice and pretty, but very small and was overrun with kids bombing the pool so we didn’t use it at all. Dont think the pool area gets the sun for long thats probably worth mentioning, reception were useful but the nighttime security guards were miserable.
Do not fly into Barcelona if going to lloret de mar because its takes about 17 days to get there!
