great hotel in central busy area
I’m just on my last day here. hotel is very central. 5 mins from bus station and 5 mins from the beach. plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
hotel is super clean. balconies are good size. staff in bar are very friendly and attentive. thank you to José and Giesella and the two other members of bar staff who were lovely
have to say that dinner is very tasty in comparison to other hotels i have stayed in the past around spain and portugal. small enough food bars but plenty of choice.
cleaning staff friendly
security at night checking details to make sure you are resident
pool very clean even if it a little on small side. good shower and toilet facilities near the pool
overall a lovely break
However be aware that it is busy by night on the street - ear plugs are provided.

Perfect stay in Lloret
Amazing stay. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food was really really good. Definitely recommend it. We had breakfast and dinner and we had so much to chose from. Also some of the dishes would be changed every evening and everything was very tasty. We usually do not take half board as we want to try as many different dishes as possible, but we got to taste so much more and realised that we wouldn't have had the time and opportunity to get to try as many at restaurants. The cleaning was also very good. This was the perfect stay, in the centre, close to everything and one foot close to the main beach. Regarding the noise, this wasn't so bad at all as we have read in other comments. If you are a light sleeper, you have ear plugs right on your nightstand. This a very good option, so definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay
Perfect location on the strip. A bit of noise in the night but not a huge issue. Very clean bright hotel when you walk in. Rooms were perfect with hair dryer and lovely balcony and fridge. Great value for how pristine the entire hotel was. Buffet dinner in the hotel was delicious and great way to try lots of Spanish food. Staff were very friendly and attentive throughout the bar/ pool and reception and house keeping doing an excellent job too. Definitely one of our best hotel experiences.

Alright was fun till restaurant staff were so rude.
It's a nice hotel, however no amenities in the room no kettle, no iron, just a bottle of soap. Bed is comfy, basic plastic chairs on the balcony.
The pool is nice but loungers are gone instantly as not many. Also not allowed to bring your own drinks. There are seats but not alot to move the seats a inch from the table without being told off can't relax around the pool with certain staff members because they tell you off for seating a certain way. Also they get your oder wrong after saying 3 times what I ordered. the staff are very strict. Boarderline rude. Every day has been nice with young staff who have let us relax, get in the pool sit at the table etc then on our last day there are two male staff members who have said I can't do multiple things and have ruined my overall experience.

Good food, nice people, quiet and modern rooms.

The hotel is also close to the beach, which makes everything easier.
