The hotel is great, clean and well maintained. It seems pretty new and has a nice restaurant. I would say, though, that the location is not ideal if you want to be close to city center, there's not much in the area.
Also, the pool is pretty small and not as big as it seems from the photos, and the water was very cold on a hot day.

Good location. Felt safe walking around. Choice of restaurants in the neighborhood was limited. Hotel and staff were pretty good.

Great place to stay! Great staff! Close to the center. Easy to get to. Can hop on the grey line. Pleasant walk to the blue line.
Really nice walk to el Centro through El Retiro.

The hotel provides a nice breakfast and the staff is very welcoming and accommodating. The only disadvantage is the location. You have to walk a bit to get to the closest metro station. There is a lot of construction going on next to the hotel, so it can be a little disruptive.

room was comfortable but for the hot summer months, they do not provide a complimentory bottle of water which is unusual for a hotel of star rating
Beds are also comfortable and the facilities such as Gym and Pool are great.
The price for breakfast is totally not worth the price. For around 10 Euro less you can find more value in the hotel cafe or other nearby restaurants and cafes
