Meliá Castilla Hotel

It was a wonderful experience; the hotel was amazing, great communication for everything. They surprised us with an upgraded room for our anniversary and a bottle of champagne. Room 208 was spectacular with every detail. I would definitely return, and thank you very much for everything.

I appreciate the special care of the staff.

The room was very comfortable with a massive bed, lots of hanging space and a very well-equppied bathroom. The buffet breakfast was generous. I would like to offer special thanks to the cleaner who, just as we were leaving, rang down to reception saying that I had left a garment in the room. I was able to go back up and collect it. This was kind and considerate.

Pleasant surprise in a good location

The hotel was a truly positive surprise: clean, well-located, and very convenient for a stay in Madrid.
The breakfast, with a partial view of the Plaza de Castilla, was absolutely convincing in quality and more than satisfactory. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Particularly noteworthy is the excellent connection to the metro as well as to the bus station "Intercambiador de Plaza de Castilla." This allows for quick and easy access to both the city center and other neighborhoods.
The proximity to the airport is also a significant advantage.

Far from the center with the places to visit but in a very communicative place.

We were on an organized visit to Madrid and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is next to Castilla Square (Plaza de Castilla) and the metro stop is right next to the hotel. Metro lines 1, 9 and 10 intersect here, making it a very communicative place.
The hotel is a business type hotel, quiet and with excellent cleanliness. The employees are very kindly.
The hotel is close to the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium and can be easily visited.
There are many places to eat nearby. Walk along the C de Bravo Mirillo.
