Worst Ever

First of all, I want to say do NOT book this place. Please read the negative reviews so you know what you’re getting into. The photos online made it look decent, and the location is honestly the only good thing about it.
Our flight arrived around 10 a.m. I had already messaged them after booking to let them know our arrival time, and they confirmed they received it. The woman told us check‑in was at 2 p.m., which we understood — maybe they were full. We left our luggage and came back later.
The same woman (chunky build, white skin, light brown hair, glasses) explained a few things, including something she called an “interior patio.” Then we walked into the room… and wow. It was tiny, no space for luggage, and the bathroom was dirty. Since we were staying several days, I went back to ask about the “interior patio” and whether all the rooms were the same, because we were willing to pay extra for something bigger. Her response: all the rooms are the same and that’s the one you rented. It was honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I checked the “patio,” and it was literally just an empty building shaft — no chairs, nothing that could be called a patio. The ceiling was cracked, the floor felt unstable, the shower had mildew, the curtain was broken and dirty, and you could hear people coughing and talking through the walls. It was unbelievable.
I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but it only got worse. Even though there’s a “Do Not Disturb” sign, they text you every day about cleaning times and rules. They say cleaning is only from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and guests must leave the unit. After 2 p.m., they only offer towels. The checkout message is all about keys and when the office is open or closed.
I’m sharing all of this so people understand the kind of customer service they provide. Honestly, if tourists weren’t booking without seeing the place first, I don’t think they’d still be in business. It’s only because of travelers like us that they have jobs.

The room was quite big and sufficient for a city break. We were outside reception unfortunately and it was quite noisy. Location is great for getting out and about in the city.

We booked a triple room. It was a bit cramped. Too small for 3 people, bathroom was small. but it was clean.
