Rotten! The worst place.
The worst place in the world you will ever find!
I just don't give it a zero because it's not possible. Without security, the place has nowhere to store your luggage, the backpacks are all mixed up in a laundry room. The service was terrible, the staff were rude and uneducated. I booked through booking and it doesn't say the number of beds per room. When we arrived (my fiancé and I) were told that the room had 26 beds. The beds were with INFLATABLE mattresses, the room without air conditioning, full of rude men who were talking loudly on their cell phones, looked like a prison. The only reason we didn't leave right away was because we arrived early in the morning and were unable to make a reservation at another hostel or hotel for the same night. We booked two nights, as soon as it was dawn we left as there were no conditions to stay in that place. There are no sockets near the beds, the bathrooms are mixed and dirty, the room smelled, the refrigerator was dirty, full of old and spoiled food. It was the worst experience of my life! A total trap. The cheap that turned out to be expensive. Escape from this place!

bad experience without traveling
I made the reservation from Colombia for this and when I checked the flight it was canceled and I immediately canceled the reservation at this HOSTEL NAPOLES and they don't want to give me my money back, no one is right, bokimg washes his hands saying that they don't give an answer, this hostel doesn't give guarantees of nothing, give me my money back since I haven't even traveled
