Hotel

Super grateful for the service, less than 10 minutes walk from Gran Via
The hotel is in a very old building but they have a good interior, the room is clean
Nearby you have 2 pharmacies, a Carrefour, a Dia, there is everything.
The hotel has parking but I think it is a separate price but for everything else it is very good
A trip with a good hotel is the best!!

The fatal nights

The entrance is a little left because it is a flat, but the room is very good, it is small but for two it is fine.
When the night comes fatal, in the street that is situated there are only people screaming very late (4-5 at night) and it is very difficult to sleep.

It's not a boutique hotel! Scammers

The street is dirty and bad looking at night. People screaming rude, the entrance is an old gate with graffiti and they were not well given instructions. It was a feat to get in by calling the number we had. When we could get in, there were a lot of stairs, late at night carrying all the luggage. it's part of a flat they've remodeled with these modern rooms like the ones in the photos, but the place horrendous and you could hear screams of private realisations, disgusting. An expensive boutique hotel is the opposite of this place, we feel conned.

Excellent location

Hotel excellently located to all the attractions of the tourist center of Madrid. I consider it more of an apartment than a hotel, because it does not have staff. The entrance is very poorly maintained but the rooms are quite clean, as is the bathroom. The room is very small as is the bed. Otherwise well. Despite being in a busy bar area, the nights have been quiet.

Frightening

Very bad. It's not what it seems. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi do not work properly, the room does not correspond to the photos, the entrance is under construction. There are many places nearby with better offers and quality. Of the 3 nights I had booked, I stayed 2 hours and left. They promised to refund me for 2 nights and they didn't
