Great choice in Madrid

The hotel is super well located, close to bars, restaurants, sights... The room has good space, with comfortable bed, fridge bar with drinks, safe, bathroom with great shower and balcony.

Really good location

The hotel has a great location, walking distance to all sights and close to really good restaurants.
Really good service at the reception and they spoke good English.
Nice simple breakfast where there was nothing missing.
The room itself was worn, however, but with lovely beds.
The bathroom was more well-maintained and seemed to have been prepared later than the room itself.
There was also a small balcony, but it surprised us that there were no furniture out there so you could sit and enjoy the sun
If you don’t care that it’s a bit worn up, this is an outstanding hotel with a perfect location.

For those who want to visit the Prado and Queen Sofia museums

4-star hotel with some age. Room with renovated bathroom, but in the silence of the night can be heard noise from other neighboring rooms. Breakfast is not very varied, but was good. It is worth the excellent location, for those who visit the Prado and Queen Sofia museums, you can walk around. There is parking 29€ per day.

A hidden gem in Madrid

A hidden gem in Madrid, very close to the Prado Museum, featuring helpful service and great rooms—especially for families. They recognized and honored my ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty status, upgrading me to a stunning rooftop room with a beautiful view of the city. While the breakfast options were somewhat limited, it certainly doesn't take away from the overall excellence of the hotel and its staff.

Great location opposite the Prado Museum

Pleasant 4**** hotel opposite the Prado Museum. We had a deluxe double room on the 1st. Floor with a small terrace. Everything clean and tidy. Beds comfortable. Overall a quiet hotel. Those who do not want to have breakfast at the hotel will find alternatives in the immediate vicinity and can dive directly into Spanish life.
The 3 museum highlights are within walking distance. Hop-on / hop-off buses 200 m away.
The friendly team is worth mentioning. We were already at the hotel early in the morning around 10 a.m. and the room was not available until 3 p.m. The promised call, if something were to become available sooner, came 1 hour later
