The hotel is very nice. We always select it evey time we stay in Madrid because of its location. The property has that classic elegance, both in the lobby/restaurant area, as well as the rooms. The staff is very friendly and always accomodating. Definitely recommend it!!

The best bed in our summer trip
The hotel was great, set in a beautiful old building that has been tastefully restored. The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff were absolutely wonderful throughout our stay.
A special mention has to go to the bed, which was exceptionally comfortable. During our 12-day trip, we stayed in six different hotels and locations, and this was by far the most comfortable bed of the entire trip. We slept incredibly well!

Lovely stay
Lovely quiet hotel with a relaxed vibe. Good location and friendly service. Breakfast was really good and the rooms were clean and modern. Beds comfortable and good showers. There isn’t a pool so if that’s important to you then it won’t work, but the location is excellent - nice and safe and lovely to walk around.

Poor location, do not prepay
Location is quite poor, if you do not have to stay in this exact area. Nothing for tourist here.
Most rooms are inside facing & quite bad. Insist on outside facing rooms. The prepaid guests are given the worst rooms. It gives the feeling of a remodeled hospital.
Only 2 lifts for whole hotel, so be prepared to wait.
