Perfect location! Charming hotel

A Beautiful hotel with rich history and Beautiful art deco themes. Breakfast was wonderful! The best part was the location. Every major attraction was within walking distance and it was close to the yellow metro line for easy transit everywhere!

Great stay

Another fab stay. Having been staying here on four occasions standards are still very high. Location is walkable everywhere. My only gripe is too much Dust behind the TV. I was on room 404 and that needs to be addressed by housekeeping.

Wonderful location. Wonderful hotel. Near everything, but still not super noisy. Wonderful staff. Super helpful with our taxi request We love the amenities in the room. Extremely spacious. We love the extra touches like apple dish each morning. Front desk, bellman, housekeeping staff all were extremely courteous. Can't wait to stay again.

I bought myself the best room: The penthouse suite, with a roof terrace. Of course it was expensive, but the service with the information about parking in advance and the arrival / parking upon arrival, then the room: large, beautiful, no noise from the street, minibar well-stocked and the room perfectly cooled. The hotel reports the license plate numbers of the guests every night regarding the restriction on entering the city center. The location of the hotel is great for going out in the evening. Gran Vía around the corner, on foot: 5 min. to Pl. Mayor or Pta. del Sol, 7 min. to the Palacio Real, 15 min. to the Prado/Retiro/botan. Garden/Cibeles. Only: there was no discount in the restaurant downstairs. Breakfast: also good and in an upscale style.

Excellent Hotel in Downtown Madrid

One of the best options in Madrid's historic center, just 100 meters from Callao station and very close to all the historical attractions. The service is impeccable and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is a bit pricey, and there are many better options nearby. They have a taxi service to and from Barajas Airport, which is very convenient. We've stayed at least five times over the years and will continue to choose it.
