Stay End of year
Both the location, the whole hostel was to our liking, but above all we want to make special mention of the attention of Cesar, who attended us on arrival and throughout the stay. I had not found anyone with such dedication, kindness and good form in any hostel/hotel in Madrid.
Without hesitation we left the hostel the last day saying, if we return it will be for Cesar.
Nice rooms, perfect heating, great views and best location.
That said, I am sure that when we return to Madrid I will look to stay in this hostel largely because of seeing Cesar.

NOT RECOMMENDED
The rooms are very small for two people. We got one that only had a hotel-size bed, that squeaked and the mattress already very used. Quite a lot of noise inside and outside, because the walls are very thin, so you can not rest.
For the check-in we did on April 19, the service was very good from the person who was on shift. He took the time to give us the place information and options for breakfast and lunch. He was very kind, unlike his partner who came in on Monday.

Would return mainly for the location
Room a bit noisy, you can hear a lot of the voices of the neighboring rooms (our misfortune to have found a group of French boys who at any time of night screamed at the top of their voices and slammed doors)

SCAM IN RESERVE!
My husband just called and was told the reservation is in and they charged him. Seriously???? This is A FULL-BLOWN SCAM!!!!, first and foremost because we are from Barcelona and work , it was totally impossible to go on these dates. I don’t know what they have done, but it’s clear that I’m going to request a refund from the bank!
