Enjoying Banana Beach
Perfect litle appartment. Clean and nice facilities. The Marbella Beach within yards and a pool on the premisies. Best vaccation.

Beautiful but not dancing
The apartment is located in a large residential complex on the outskirts of Marbella distant from the center about 2km but with equipped beaches very close. There is also the possibility to use the swimming pool located within the structure. There are no sunbeds but you can lie on a well-kept lawn. Overall the apartment where we stayed in the W1 sector was not bad, definitely lacked attention to detail. "Sold" for 6 people but was suitable for 4 as the third bedroom was carved inside the kitchen, in a small room with two single beds, without wardrobe and not served by air conditioning. Two bathrooms, one inside one of the bedrooms. One of the rooms (the one with en suite bathroom) had a standard double bed, the other a French bed. There was also a living room with TV and a very nice terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers. Although it is located on a busy road, there are no external noises. There was no customer assistance in small things that would have made a difference: not even a bottle of water in the fridge, two half rolls of toilet paper that once finished were not replaced despite the request, only one towel (shower towel) per person and not being provided the cleaning Service of the apartment was expected to find at least what was needed to clean and make a washing machine. Lack of laundry and bath detergents.
For breakfast there were only two coffee capsules and a few tea bags, toaster, kettle, coffee machine. I recommend the carrefur express inside a Service Station very close to the property to buy something to eat as in the area there are mainly work activities.

Apartment with sea view
Apartment equipped with every comfort, clean discreta.Ottima location directly on the beach and possibility to get downtown by taking a walk along mare.Il staff was present and precise in providing us with all the information even communicating only via WhatsApp.

A good base
A lovely bright apartment with plenty of storage and space to spread out during our stay. The views of the sea and mountains from the balcony were lovely.
Location wise, the apartment was in a quiet residential area of Marbella with a handful of amenities in walking distance. The walk into Marbella centre was mostly flat and took us around 25 minutes start to finish. The apartment is perfectly positioned if you’re a fan of a good beach. Cable Beach is a stones- throw from the accommodation and was a clean golden beach popular with the locals - always a good sign I seem to think!
There is a small selection of bars and eateries along the beach, our favourite being Dolce Vita that served the most amazing pizzas!
The mattresses could probably do with an update and I would like to see spare towels available for guests to use during the stay. The apartment is not serviced and therefore the towels are not changed throughout the stay. Perhaps I am being picky, as there is a washing machine and detergent available in the kitchen area for guests to use.
We were very grateful to be given a late check-out time of 6pm without extra charge due to our late evening flight. However, when checking out, the host simply said ‘keys’ and turned around to walk away. It would’ve been nice to have been asked about our stay and experience in Banana Beach.
Overall, Banana Beach was clean and tidy, with spacious bedrooms and in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend this accommodation if you’re looking for a good base whilst in Marbella and are not overly bothered about being away from the main attractions.

Bad experience, apartment was dirty and staff not helpful at all.
Found a bad staff and chase for my keys to go in the apartment on a late arrival even if i paid 50 euros extra to the person to come over.
Apartment really dirty, cleaning superficial, issues with the pipes and spent one full evening cleaning the apartment of water - no support from staff.
Too expensive for what is offering and other places in Spain and Greece are a lot cheaper and better conditions.
