Excellent value
Get the cons out of the way first so people can make an informed choice.
1. Only 1 plug socket in each room, problematic if you have a lot of devices but an extension lead solved the problem.
2. Bungalows are shabby, could do with an overhaul but they are clean.
3 . Because you get a garden be prepared for insect bites if you’re susceptible.
4. Backs onto a main road so some road noise ( to be expected if you want to stay in the centre of a town)
5. Large hotel next door does play music which we actually quite enjoyed but I could see could annoy some people but again you are staying in a busy town.
6. Bungalows are smaller than they look on line but still plenty of room for 4 adults (4 single beds) especially if you get one with 2 bathrooms.
Now for the pros
1. Friendly helpful staff
2. Very comfortable beds with clean bed linen.
3. Nice pool area with good quality sun loungers.
4. Walkable to everywhere, plenty of bars, restaurants & shops close by.
5. EXCELLENT value for money. We paid £1200 for 3 people including flights & transfers for 9 nights.
6. You can hire a safe & pool towels (great if you’re travelling with just hand luggage) & they lent us an iron.
7. You get your own little garden with table & chairs & sun-loungers plus a balcony off the upstairs bedroom.
8. Friendly clean local cat family (bring some treats)
We will definitely come back as we’ve paid more money for poorer accommodation in the past.if your looking for a budget break in the sun you can’t really go wrong. Do not stay here if you’re expecting luxury for a budget price (I never understand people who pay pennies for a holiday then complain about everything. A little tip… don’t go to the little supermarket down the road, the prices are extortionate. Cross over the road bridge into San Fernando to Mercadona, we found the prices there cheaper than Lidl in England

Great find!
First stayed at Parquemar last year on a Tui package.
Really enjoyed the place so we re booked direct for this May.
The location is great for Playa Del Ingles & the Yumbo centre. The bungalows are Excellent & clean.
With Friendly Staff who help when needed.
Would certainly stay here again next year & will be looking at booking again soon.
My only slight issue is the Pool temp. It says it’s heated but it’s always freezing never seen anyone in the pool & thoses that do get in don’t stay in long.
It’s a shame as it’s a great Pool.

Basic and disappointing
Do not be fooled by the pictures showing online. This place is dated in need of alot of modernisation and attention to the grounds .It backs onto the motorway so there is a constant noise of traffic .Reported problems to staff who didn't seem interested. I had a duplex and yes in the pictures looked OK but the reality is an absolute disappointment and even saying basic would be an overstatement . I work hard for my holiday and this was so depressing to stay in.

Excellent value for money, quiet, comfortable and well equipped
We are coming to the end of our 11 night stay, this is a complex of duplex bungalows, the one we stayed in was two bedroom and one bathroom, there is also a living area with sofa and TV, then a kitchen area with fridge freezer full size, hob and microwave, all the basics you could need to self cater are provided. The bedroom upstairs has a ceiling fan and there is a wardrobe and mirror, beds are comfortable and there is a door that leads out to a balcony. The bathroom is shower which has good pressure and plenty of hot water, when it runs out it heats up fast. The downstairs bedroom is also twin with wardrobe and mirror, the windows have mesh on them to prevent any bugs getting in. The property is surrounded by a high fence. Outside to the front is a terrace with table and four chairs and you get your own small garden with two sun loungers, the complex has a very quiet and relaxed vibe, the nearby hotels weren't really noisy and didn't affect us. There is a tennis court and small exercise area. And there is a communal pool area with plenty of sunbeds, the pool isn't heated in the summer but it was warm enough. Cleaners will clean every day unless you don't want them to and towels and bed linen changed every 3 days. The complex is situated nearby to several restaurants we would recommend Britannia for breakfast and grill cho juaa for dinner. This complex is literally also ten minutes walk from yumbo. There is also a safe in the room with deposit and small charge. We haven't needed to ask the reception for anything but every time we went through and someone was interacting with them they seemed very helpful and accommodating
