From start to finish this was an amazing hotel
It’s right in the centre of the town, but surprisingly quiet. It’s above a jewellery shop, not a busy bar or restaurant
All the staff were exceptionally friendly, especially the male receptionist.
He had lots of useful local information, including taxis and places to visit.
We arrived early, but we were able to put our luggage in a luggage room, the luggage was then taken up to our room and it was ready
The rooms were small but contained everything you needed including a little fridge, where bottled water was provided FOC daily
The highlight was the hot tub on the roof that was lovely & cool. The roof terrace had loungers in the Sun and soft seating in 2 separate shaded area. The vending machine with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks was a genius idea.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it! The hotel was beautifully clean throughout, and the front-of-house staff were so warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
We had a lovely balcony with a fantastic view over the town, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We’d heard people mention that the hotel can be noisy, but we really didn’t find this to be an issue at all. We simply closed the balcony doors, switched on the amazing air conditioning, and didn’t hear a thing during the five nights we stayed!
It really is a little diamond of a place and we’re so glad we chose it. We would absolutely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming hotel in a great location. ❤️

Zero chance of speaking to a receptionist

I really wanted to stay at this hotel as the pictures of it look very nice. However i have been emailing them for weeks and the will not reply to any emails at all. Absolutely zero chance of being able to make contact with them. I wanted to ask some important questions before booking on there website , i will look elsewhere due to being unable to speak to anyone at all when a large ammount of money is involved.

Very Noisy at night

We stayed at HC Calahonda Beach earlier this month. The hotel was spotlessly clean but boy was it noisy at night! After two nights of very little sleep due to noise going on until 5:45am, we felt the need to move hotels in order to actually feel like we had a holiday and went home feeling rested. The man on the front desk was uninterested when we explained why we were leaving after just two nights and didn’t bother to ask any questions or offer any solutions.
This in our eyes is very poor customer service and for that reason we would never stay again!
