The best hotel and treatment in Mallorca
The service, the warm welcome, the treatment, the details... make the experience a luxury experience from the moment you enter the hotel.
We were received very kindly and, the valet service took care of parking the car in the private garage they have. We were given the best room (suite 404, highly recommended for this type of booking).
Inside the room we were waiting for a Moët Chandon and some chocolate strawberries courtesy of the hotel; soon a girl from the room service came to ask if everything was okay and gave us some mini chocolates too.
At the moment we go down to the spa that they have on the lower floor, a spa with very nice views of Cala Major beach, but also an intimate and cozy place to relax from the frenzied and busy life that we lead. They have different stations: hot sun loungers, essence showers, sauna and Turkish bath, as well as a pool with different jets and jacuzzis.
At the end of the spa, it was almost time for dinner, we decided to stay at the hotel and we had dinner at the restaurant they have. It should be noted that we were not able to decide what we wanted to eat from the wide variety of dishes available; in the end we made a medley and, together with two glasses of wine, we tasted several starters, main dishes and desserts: special mention to croquettes and octopus, although really everything is spectacular.
The comfort of the bed, the sheets, the pillows... are unparalleled; in addition, the room has different rooms (a lounge, the bathroom, a dressing room, a terrace overlooking the whole beach...). It was definitely to have stayed longer and enjoy every detail.
Finally, and before we left, we could not not not taste the famous breakfast of the hotel: Eggs Benedict", have different versions although I could not not not try salmon with an extra avocado. Just delicious. The rest of the Buffet was also very rich and of course absolutely all the hotel staff were very friendly and friendly to us.
We already want to come back, and we certainly will.

Nos alegra enormemente que desde la cálida bienvenida y el servicio de valet hasta los pequeños detalles hayan superado sus expectativas. Saber que disfrutaron del Moët & Chandon, las fresas con chocolate y cada atención de nuestro equipo nos motiva a seguir cuidando cada momento con el máximo esmero.
Es un placer leer que pudieron relajarse en nuestro spa con vistas a Cala Major y que la experiencia gastronómica en el restaurante estuvo a la altura. Cuidamos cada detalle para que tanto el descanso como la oferta culinaria formen parte de un recuerdo excepcional.
Comentarios como el suyo, destacando la comodidad de la suite, la calidad del desayuno y, sobre todo, la amabilidad de todo el personal, son la mayor recompensa para nosotros.
Será un verdadero honor darles la bienvenida nuevamente muy pronto y seguir formando parte de sus momentos especiales.

Do not book Nixe palace.
The hotel is also far from child-friendly. The staff at the restaurant next to the pool seems to have very low tolerance for children who play and move around. Balls and water toys are removed so that the children cannot play with them. As a family with children, you simply do not feel particularly welcome here.
The service also leaves a lot to be desired. When we asked for help moving sun loungers, we got no help at all. The staff could not communicate in English and asked us instead to investigate the possibility ourselves and arrange it ourselves. It did not feel like the level of service one expects from a hotel.

Regarding the pool area, our team may occasionally collect toys, balls, and water games during the afternoon and keep them stored visibly for our guests. This is done to avoid leaving the pool area filled with toys throughout the day and to maintain a comfortable and pleasant environment for all guests. The toys remain available for children to enjoy.
We are also sorry to hear about your experience regarding assistance with the sun loungers and communication with our team. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with the relevant departments for careful review.
