Very good location

Very central hotel, small room, comfortable bed but we got a pretty small one (better order two single beds)
The bathroom small but with everything you need.
They have arranged the parking with the Parking of the Plaza del Castillo at a very good price.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Too tiny to swing a cat

The hotel is conveniently located on a vibrant street with shops and tapas bars. I was in a single room on the fourth floor - no 42. The room was tiny with the bed pushed up against the wall. Nowhere to put a suitcase without tripping over it. (I saw that other rooms had a bench to place a suitcase where mine had a small wardrobe.)
The bathroom was larger than expected for the room size. Room and bathroom were clean. The shower water was scaldingly hot and could not be adjusted. I ended up using the shower of someone else in the group.
I had a room with a window opening onto the interior courtyard. Unfortunately hotel guests on the first floor had a door that opened onto the courtyard and sat there drinking and talking loudly till after midnight. Fellow travellers complained to the front desk and were told that the men were ‘just talking’.
The internet dropped out continuously.
There was no safe in the room.

This hotel is infested with bed bugs. Staff extremely rude. When I complained they sent Staff to room to remove bed, before the manager could see bugs to confirm so would not give me refund.

Smalls room & uncomfortable bed

Smalls room & uncomfortable bed. They have AC but it does no work well and with the high temperature in Pamplona this August. All these mean it was hard to get a good night of sleep. It is very centrally located, however, if you would like to be on a street with many restaurants.

Very good location, many good dining options around and walkable to most of the attractions. Room is small and the decoration could use some renovation. Staff is ok but not super passionate.
