Wonderful Little Boutique Hotel
Beautiful small boutique hotel in stunning Pollenca. Our room was a jacuzzi room on the ground floor which was lovely. The location of the hotel is perfect close to some great restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was absolutely fabulous. Perfect stay in a great location. We did have a car, parking can be a bit tricky in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice hotel, not quite as good as we remembered from a past visit. Seem to have stopped doing breakfast out on the square which is a shame. Location in pollenca is great.

Well positioned hotel but beware of the adjacent building site
We booked a front balcony room which unfortunately was only about 5 metres away from a building site. There is no mention of this when booking. We did ask reception why we were not advised of this when booking, they said it had been going on for 2 years but didn’t start until 9 am. Work commenced at 8am each morning apart from Sunday. The noise is extremely loud and you are not able to use the balcony due to the amount of dust. A crane swings across the site all day.
The breakfast room was attended by one member of staff. We felt we were being a nuisance by asking for a table to be laid up. Some items were replenished but by 9am some items were no longer available even though breakfast was served until 10.30am. The standard of breakfast was not what we had expected.
The hotel is well situated in the town with plenty of restaurant options. We were not disappointed with the standards of those we visited. Please note the hotel no longer provides a restaurant. We were advised it is now closed.
Very disappointed that we were not advised prior to our arrival regarding building work. Would definitely recommend Pollença town as a holiday destination.

A tale of two halves!
Mon Boutique is a beautiful 'looking' hotel and the rooms are very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. The roof terrace is a pleasant place to sit although the jacuzzi is unheated.
The hotel has closed it's restaurant which was very disappointing although there are plenty of other restaurants around the hotel. The hotel are using the restaurant space to serve breakfast but it is a very poor standard of breakfast and not in keeping with what you would expect in a hotel of this standard and price. Bearing in mind you are near the citrus groves of the island you would think they could serve fresh orange juice - but no they serve squash, machine made coffee and a very lack lustre breakfast. The only cooked item on the menu is eggs with bacon - no pancakes or sausages or anything else - very disappointing. Further there is a huge building site directly opposite the hotel - literally 5 metres away and they start work on this at 8am on the dot each morning. It is extremely noisy with heavy plant machinery and this is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel's website. Do not plan on sleeping past 8am! Overall the room and roof terrace were nice but the breakfast and building site were very disappointing!

"A gem in Pollenca"
The hotel is very nice on the market square. We arrived early and because the room was not ready yet, we knew some rest on the roof terrace. The staff then brought us the keys when the room was ready and the luggage was already in the room:-). We had booked a balcony room, very nice and overlooking the marketplace. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent, egg dishes are freshly prepared on request. Otherwise, there is a good selection of fresh fruit. The car we could park easily nearby. The hotel is well suited as a base in the north, you can hike and the sea is also not far away. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the village. We liked the stay very much and would have loved to stay longer.
