Elegant and easy

What an elegant and enormous room! Great view of the water, and perfect location for exploring. Very quiet too. Our stay was way too short. Want to come back and stay here again!

Cafeteria

8:30 a.m.,
Although the cafeteria is empty (two tables of two people) and there are two waiters, you have to order at the bar like a third-rate bar... if you sit down to wait for the waiter, after 15 minutes he goes to take coffee to another table that ordered at the bar, and even though you ask him, he asks you to wait until he finishes his things. 20 minutes for a coffee and it is the third time it has happened to me in the last few months. A service that is not appropriate for the hotel.

Loved this hotel

We switched to this hotel after a suboptimal experience at another hotel nearby, and truly appreciate the quality of this hotel: clean, updated and quiet, providing a night of great sleep.

Great location for museums, art galleries and the ferry. Breakfast was good but no baked beans or mushrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean but there was a screw loose on the toilet seat and the bathroom door was warped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great hotel in great location. The restaurant was a lovely surprise. The maître D was just the best.
