Good hotel but it needs an update

Good and comfortable hotel because it is just 5 minutes from the center but, you can tell it had better times and it needs an update. The service is excellent. The rooms are fine with their full bathroom but, there are things to improve, for example, the walls. You can hear everything from the neighbors (adjacent rooms and the street) and the bed is not entirely comfortable. The parking lot has many spaces and they are spacious.

??? 4 stars???

It is by no means a 4-star hotel; it does not even reach 3 stars. I did not check the reviews beforehand because it was the only hotel in Segovia where we could use a Wonderbox that had been given to us; additionally, we booked another night apart. The staff was friendly, the cleanliness was good, but the maintenance was terrible; the bathroom ceiling was full of dampness, the nightstands were broken, the quality of the breakfast was average, and the access was also average, narrow and with 7 or 8 stairs. It is incredible that in 2026 they do not have an access adapted for people with reduced mobility or a baby stroller. When we arrived, it was extremely hot in the room because it received all the afternoon sun. I tried to cool down the room, but it was impossible because the air conditioning only made it warmer; I was not clear if it was not cold or not working. We had to leave the window open for part of the night, but in April, the nights are cool, and in the middle of the night, we woke up feeling cold. Come on, Segovia is wonderful, but regarding the accommodation, we will not return.

IT HAD BETTER TIMES

Surely when it was founded it was a pioneer and was better, now the four-star category is too big for it. As a location it is great, a mere seven minutes walking to the center/historic district and right next to the bus station, but the entrance is uncomfortable, many steps and a double manual door that if you come loaded with suitcases or are an elderly/disabled person, well it is not the most comfortable. The rooms look very old and the bathroom, even if it was clean, did not look it, amenities from the year 3 B.C., very watery soap, a pink/beige toilet that must be at least forty years old, a musty smell in its rooms, the shower tray chipped on all sides -including someone else's hair-, the bedding worn, yellowish and with a damp smell. The girls at the front desk are kind and helpful and they seem willing to do their job well. The establishment has parking on the hotel's lower level; the entrance is narrow and two-way, but most of the spaces are quite wide, so it is not problematic to park.

central and comfortable hotel

we spent a night at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The only improvement would be to add a shelf in the bathroom to place toiletries, that the air conditioning was very weak, and it would be appreciated if there were some outlets on the nightstands, since the only one available was under the table and you had to bend down to charge the phones.

Terrible facilities; desperately in need of renovations. Bathroom floor was in cement painted in a gray color; no tiles. The shower drain was not fixed to the floor. The air conditioner was in a vwry poor condition and dirty. Very poor breakfast options. Elevator needs attention. Advertised as a 4 star hotel for Europe standard,, but at best, it would be a 2 star hotel for Europe standard. Not recommended
