Everything was fine except for the pool.
Overall perfect, very family-friendly atmosphere, pleasant, clean bungalow. The pool is nice and has slides, it is small for so many people, as is the space for lounge chairs and towels, practically impossible to lie down to sunbathe, swimming is impossible, just walking in the water among a lot of people.

Disappointing vacation
This campsite ️ advertised as 4 stars is only a 3-star. The tent ⛺ was pleasant, but the cleaning was very superficial. Moreover, the air conditioner's filters were filled with dust. In short, I stayed for 6 nights and saw how the cleaning was done. Three young men were more occupied with scrolling than cleaning. 10 minutes top chrono to change 4 beds and clean... no washing with water... just sweeping...
Moreover, the trash, etc... only the "older" staff did the job... and yes.
I made a complaint that went unanswered... I will do so on the official GenCat site.

A great experience. Strong recommendation.
I stayed at a Bungalow for 4 people. It was a very pleasant experience. The bungalow has all that you could expect from a bungalow, and it was very clean. The camping was peaceful, with a great atmosphere, with no noise (at least, in our bungalow, which was not close to the road), and allowed a great contact with the nature, which was rather well preserved. It was conveniently located near Sitges. All the staff provided an excellent, friendly and understanding service. It was good value for money, and if I ever return to Sitges it will be a place to seriously consider.

Good campsite
We are a family of 4, 2 adults, 14 yr old sand a 9 yr old. Everyone enjoyed, It’s a great site. The shop is small but got the essentials, croissants for breakfast, beer. The pool is split in 2 sections and some small but decent slides. Theres a bar next to the pool area in the shade.
Pizzeria with nice pizzas. Roughly 20 mins walk to terramar beach.
Only 2 issues really. No1. We were told theres only 10 bikes available to rent, you cannot book in advance, they said there’s no chance of 4 bikes being available at the same time and they were correct, we asked every day so we were unable to ride the bikes into sitges like we planned. And the other issues was the paddle court. ( there are no tennis courts ) my son wanted to play paddle a few times over the week but to rent the court for an hour is €20. This obviously adds up,
It was still a good campsite that we would recommend, the staff were also friendly and helpfull.

Not recommended at all
We went to spend a few days of disconnection as a family, we stayed in a tiny family house and it was an absolute disaster. The campsite had a widespread problem with the electricity, so the air conditioning did not cool, the fridge did not either, and cooking was difficult due to the power outages. Furthermore, the pool filters were not working, just like the slides, and the water hygiene was starting to be conspicuous by its absence, overcrowded pool.
The bungalow was dirty, full of spider webs on the wall, accompanied by an ant infestation upstairs. The mattresses and sheets were also full of insects.
We reported it from the first day of our arrival and the problem was not solved, so we chose to leave the campsite having spent two terrible nights of heat and full of dirt and insects everywhere.
Civilly and after a formal complaint was made, we tried to get a full refund of the amount, but after a few weeks of waiting and much insisting, we were refunded 2 nights and a gift of one night at another campsite in their Holacamp chain. Totally disagree, we are still waiting for a response almost a month after the last email.
We will definitely not return.
