Average. Could and should be wonderful
The not so great : check in experience average. Lady over officious for no reason and slightly stroppy. School headmistress type. I had previously provided all details for pre check in and had to completely duplicate everything again, so no point of pre check in.
Breakfast - average. The egg station chef has 1 job. To cook eggs. But she can’t cook eggs. Cold soft boiled, raw poached or over cooked hard boiled. Buffet inconsistent - some days some things, other days missing. Coffee service at table is hit and miss. Replenishment is slow.
Pool service - poor. Should be more waiters offering drinks.
I have no interest in being sold timeshare type offerings when I’m on holiday - and people knocking on my bedroom door to do this!!!
The good : housekeeping great. Room cleaned nicely and on timely basis each day, and nice evening turn down service.
Bed was lovely. Really comfortable. Air conditioning very good.
Specific location of hotel and area is lovely.
An opportunity to really make this a fab resort by Meliá, but not quite there…

Pleasant - but not great
25-30 min walk along lovely promenade to town centre. There is a frequent trolley into town and back €2.75 one way , which is fun .
Buzzy town with huge selection of restaurants cafes shops etc.
Hotel pleasant - but the lady I had on reception- both arriving and leaving -Catarina - rather stroppy and not welcoming .
Seaview room had odd layout - plenty of hanging space but only one drawer .
Ask for higher room if possible as some noise from road and bar below .
House keeping was fine .
As my only contact with management was at reception, I wouldn’t stay again .
Done need to be talked down to …..

A wonderful stay in Sitges
A special thank you to Susana, Paola & Camilla, who were incredibly kind, attentive and professional throughout our stay. Their genuine care and attention really made a difference and made us feel very welcome.
Thank you again for everything. We leave with great memories and are already looking forward to coming back soon.
