Best views, gorgeous rooms

The pictures dont do iustice to how spacious and beautiful the rooms are. We were in the sea facina iunior suite - and it was a 10/10 experience. We staved for 6 niahts, and are really going to miss the gorgeous sea views, specially at the sunset hour. Plenty of storage, huge beds, smart TV, a clothes warmer, a bia enough balcony with couch, a beach bag with towels - it was everything we could need. Highly recommended, if staying in the Valldemossa / Deia area!

Poor Customer Service

Terrible customer service. The cleaning lady accidentally took my 6-month old baby’s sleep sack since it was on the bed when she changed the sheets. I alerted multiple staff members of this over the next two days, initially telling them only a couple hours after the cleaner left. The finally found it after I left the hotel and admitted she took it from the room since it was in the laundry. When I asked them to send it to me (figured it was the least they could do considering it was an expensive merino wool?), they refused to pay the postage even though they admitted it was their fault. I tried multiple times reasoning with them but nope… even though they removed something from my room without my knowledge or consent, they refused to make it right and send it back to me. Caused me a major headache too trying to find another sleep slack while traveling.
If you want even semi decent customer service, don’t stay here. I asked to be connected to management over this and I have yet to hear back (2+ weeks waiting).
Also, you can’t even enjoy breakfast in their patio because there is a major wasp infestation and they eat you alive once you sit down.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Soulless

The rooms with a sea view are very spacious. The bathroom is very spacious and very clean. The terrace would be inviting to linger on, but they leave the lights on until shortly before 11 p.m. Unfortunately, it cannot be turned off and ruins the great view of the sea. You have to look for the way to the pool, and the staff has no desire to accept a restaurant reservation. Spanish hospitality looks different – only the waiter Daniel was top-notch.

Great stay

Had a great stay at one of their Junior Suites. Room was spacious and well renovated. Views are obviously the highlight of this property and what makes it so special.
Nice to be close to the towns of Valldemossa and Deia where you can have nice dinners. Hotel grounds were also very nice. Easy parking
