Home away from Home

Stayed 3 times at this Hotel over the past 2 years. Exemplary service from all staff and security. Accommodation : Rooms are excellent.Everything is accessible, do not have to drive far. Centurion Mall is right next door, Other malls and restaurants are close by. Always a pleasure to stay.

A VERY PLEASANT STAY

This was a very pleasant stay - with neat and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and in proximity to all the possibly needed shop outlets that one might need. Thank you!!!!!!!

Complete Failure of Customer Service and Guest Security

I travel regularly for work, and this is easily one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.
After accidentally leaving my AirPods in the ironing room, I reported the incident the very next morning. From that point onward, I had to keep chasing the hotel for updates. There was no sense of urgency, no proactive communication and very little indication that my concerns were being taken seriously.
I later learned that management and the risk manager had not been informed promptly. By the time any action was taken, I was told it was too late because the individual they believed may have been involved had already left the property.
I understand that hotels cannot guarantee that lost items will always be recovered. What they can control is how they respond. In my case, the response was slow, disorganised and deeply disappointing.
The hotel’s handling of this incident has completely destroyed my confidence in its customer service and security procedures. I would strongly encourage travellers to think carefully before staying here, especially if they expect their concerns to be handled professionally.
