Comfortable stay with friendly service

I had a comfortable stay and really appreciated the friendly and helpful service from the staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, which made the experience enjoyable. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide more information in the room about things to do in Paramaribo, as well as a menu card, which I missed during my stay

Kind

Kind employees. But, for a 5 star hotel te service is poor and the rooms are outdated. When you agreed to arrange breakfast then it should be done (breakfastbox) And whe you agree to arrange coffee in the night (because we had to leave 3 AM) the you have to arrange it.

Very great experience except of the check out when I got a call from reception with a rude tone about me having to check out. The phone call was earlier than the 45 min late check out I agreed with the reception just an hour earlier.

Lovely surprise at the table!

Nice hotel by Surinamese standards. Average cleanliness, room, bathroom, and common areas. Staff was also average.
On the other hand, the head chef was EXCEPTIONAL, the menu was superb, and the dishes were tasty and refined. A must-try table!

Very relaxing!!

Good food! Excellent staf!! Very good food in the restaurant and a very beautiful girl at the FrontDesk..always smiling..
