The front desk staff was out of this world, he explained to us how to go about town and even gave us advice on how to interact with the locals. The breakfast was exquisite 😋 the rooms are very spacious.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! 3 stars? I would say -20 stars! The place is filthy - sheets, pillows and towels dirty, the bathroom and shower stinks and there’s no AC or wardrobe as promised. But the worst thing is the scary man working here. He didn’t give me the upgrade I payed for. He’s smoking weed getting high and drunk all day and night and got crazy angry and aggressive when I asked if my friend could come over to visit for a short time while I was getting ready (never ever been a problem in any other place I’ve stayed in any continent - including Zanzibar, Africa). He scared me so much I had to leave straight away even though I payed for a longer stay, didn’t get my money back of course. I’ve been staying in so many hotels all over the world and this is by far the worst experience of my life and honestly the first bad review I’ve ever have to give. Just want to protect people in the future - I REPEAT: DO NOT STAY IN THIS SO CALLED HOTEL!! It’s a nightmare

Just generally speaking, it was desapointing. The person in charge of registration was very rude to us. We Aldo overheard them speaking very curtly to other travellers. The place was very run down. The shower head broke off as soon as we turned the water on... Even though we had paid for our stay in full, we ended up finding another place to stay. Too bad. The location is good and the place looks charming from outside.

We had booked 3 rooms. Paid. We stood at 5 a.m. and he said we hadn't booked despite we could show the receipt. He was drunk and aggressive. Would never recommend this place to anyone. No kindness and behaved so rude. Add
