OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort besitzt 63 klimatisierte Zimmer mit folgender Ausstattung: Zimmersafes und kostenloses Mineralwasser. Alle Wohneinheiten verfügen über separate Sitzecken. Neben 32-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher mit Premium-Satellitenempfang sind die Zimmer mit folgenden Angeboten und/oder technischen Geräten ausgestattet: DVD-Player. Zur Badausstattung gehören Bademäntel, Hausschuhe, Bidets und kostenlose Toilettenartikel. Alle Zimmer verfügen außerdem über Haartrockner und Bügeleisen/Bügelbretter. Der Aufdeckservice wird jeden Abend und der Reinigungsservice täglich angeboten. Zum Freizeitangebot vor Ort gehört Folgendes: 2 Außenpools und Fitnessbereich (rund um die Uhr geöffnet). Phi Phi paradise at Outrigger Resort
Dear Outrigger Resort Team,
We wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Outrigger Resort for giving us such an incredible and unforgettable holiday.
From the moment we stepped out of our villa each morning until we returned each night, we were surrounded by such warmth, genuine kindness and wonderful hospitality. Every member of staff we met made us feel so welcome and it was clear that the care and friendliness you showed us came naturally and wholeheartedly.
We would especially like to mention and thank Chris, Kim, Pam, Rachel, Aom, Am, Sky, Andrew, Satya, Niu and Ei, our wonderful housekeepers, Boss, Boat, Tu, Rhys, Lift, Meow, Mai, Punch, the lovely massage ladies, the pool guys, security and Am from the massage team.
Each of you, in your own special way, added something to our holiday. Whether it was a warm smile, a kind word, a helping hand, a beautifully prepared villa, a friendly chat, keeping the pool perfect, or simply making us feel cared for, you all contributed to making our stay so very special.
It is the people who truly make a holiday memorable and we feel incredibly lucky to have met such a wonderful team. Your genuine warmth and kindness never felt forced — it was there every single day, from the moment we left our villa in the morning until we returned each evening.
Thank you for making us feel so welcome, so looked after and most importantly, so happy. We will leave with wonderful memories, but it is you, the people of Outrigger, who will be the part of this holiday we remember most fondly.
We cannot wait to follow your progress there and see all that the future holds for you. Most of all, we cannot wait to come back one day and see you all again. We truly hope that our paths cross again because you have all made a very special place feel even more special to us.

On a personal note, it was a genuine pleasure to spend time with you both, during the 14 days you were with us.
Thank you for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review, it was a genuine pleasure to read.
You wondered whether we could be better than Zeavola !!!!! We set out to build upon the strengths of the previous Resort, while creating something that felt distinctly our own, so it means a great deal that both the place and the people connected with you the way they did.
Kim, Pam, Rachel, Aom, Am, Sky, Andrew, Satya, Niu, Ei, Boss, Boat, Tu, Rhys, Lift, Meow, Mai, Punch and the rest of the team you named will be quietly pleased to see themselves mentioned. They take real care in what they do, and hearing that it registered with you makes their efforts feel worthwhile.
The warmth you felt was never forced, it is simply how a good resort runs when people are given the freedom to do their job with genuine care. That fact that you noticed this from the first morning through to the last evening is the kind of feedback that we love to receive.

The perfect gateway in a beautiful surrounding with the nicest staff imaginable
The food at breakfast and during the day in the restaurant is well balanced and wonderful presented, all our requests for dietary requirements were respected and it tasted very delicious.
Our biggest surprise was the kids club. Mona and MiMi are wonderful caretaker/entertainer and friends for the duration of our stay. This gave us, as parents, time to enjoy the spa. Having seen a lot in the world, this was the best place to unwind and relax. The whole ceremony was wonderfully created. Once you get back to your villa everything was cleaned, organised and decorated with a little surprise. There is nothing negative to report on our stay and we are happy to have found this place and we are looking forward to come back. A special thank you again to Mona and Mi.

To be called a true gem among the many resorts and hotels in this part of the world is praise indeed, particularly from guests who have seen a good deal of Southeast Asia. The quiet arrival by boat and the sense of seclusion that follows are central to what we set out to create, and it is satisfying to know the villas felt neatly woven into the landscape rather than imposed upon it.
From the first welcome on the beach the reception team clearly set the right tone, and that attention to detail appears to have continued through the food, the careful handling of your dietary requirements, and the spa experience that left you genuinely restored.
Mona and MiMi’s work in the kids’ club stands out especially; becoming trusted companions for your children while giving you uninterrupted time is exactly the balance we hope for. The small surprises waiting in the villa each afternoon are a quiet pleasure to arrange, and it is good to hear they completed the day.
We are glad this became a highlight of your month away and look forward to welcoming you back whenever the chance arises.
