A particularly perfect hotel!!

We had a great stay, we added one night so wonderful and peaceful to be in this room! We didn't expect that! A breathtaking view of the ocean that proved we were extremely lucky to be here!
The cleanliness of the rooms is top and the welcome of the staff here was extremely adorable, this establishment well deserves the 5 Stars!
We are sad to have left!

Nightmare

Location is ok if you want remote.. it’s ok for one night. There is zero atmosphere I had stayed on other islands around and they are amazing. Rooms are very dates with gaps under doors that allow lizards spiders and cockroaches in, all which I had the experience of. The staff are very unfriendly and always in their phones everything felt like a hassle. Building work going in the beach has a lot of rubbish. The free shuttle bus goes 3 times a day and not great times. It was my worst stay out of all the 8 places I visited. Can’t fault the rest at all and I am not one bit fussy but this was a really pathetic vibe would absolutely never return

Beautiful location and hotel

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Upgraded our room to an ocean view villa. Perfect weather and nice restaurant
Stayed for one night with friends. They stayed in the beach bungalow and loved this. Perfect for a nice relaxing stay. The main area of the phi phi was very busy glad we stayed in this perfect hotel

Food was horrible do not get the pizza electricity was gone for half the day one of my days and there was no offer over it the staff are very helpful the manager a bit rude but good place for couples

We had a wonderful time at The Cove, our room was comfy, spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the private beach and the use of the free snorkels. The food was good and we liked that breakfast was included. Only thing I’d mention is other than the beach activities the only way to explore more is by hike into town which we loved and had the opportunity to see a lovely view point ! Otherwise you have to pay about 300 baht per person per way to get to town. We had a lovely time and would recommend for a few nights
