Family holiday

We stayed here on a family holiday and was an ideal location, the staff where really friendly especially the staff in the thirst bar, they made our grandson laugh every day Nong , pond ,mook , may and auto would recommend staying there

It was a very memorable stay.

We stayed from August 8th to 11th, 2026. We arrived around 8 PM. The front desk staff, especially May, was very welcoming, helpful, and provided excellent assistance. Thank you also to the Bellman, Big Brother, for his help and cheerful demeanor. All the staff were lovely, including the food and beverage department and breakfast area. They were very attentive and caring. My daughter was sick with a fever, and when we called to request rice porridge, they brought it to our room even though they don't offer room service. Thank you for taking such good care of our family. We were very impressed and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ozo Hotel is a wonderful hotel with a beautiful and elegant view. The staff are fantastic; everything was excellent.
