BEST HOSTEL EVER

This was the first stop of our Thailand tour! We travelled as a couple but this didn’t matter! As soon as we checked in the front desk staff were so lovely and showed us to the room, they have a cute little dog which they allow you to pet (so cute!). As soon as we checked in all the guests were friendly and said hi, the beds and communal showers were small but clean and the toilets clean too! Lockers were a good size for traveller bags! As soon as you step out of your room the bar is right infront of you but it is usually quiet unless there is a big group of you or if you all make friends with the other guests they allow you to play your own music through Bluetooth! So it is perfect for chilling round the bar during the day, cheap drinks and getting to know people! The pool is a great size and very clean! The place is all so modern and fun! It is very close to local party area and food restaurants (5 min walking distance). It is also 5 mins to the beach and you walk past the ARK BAR pool party !!! PERFECT location for those looking for a party! If you like to relax you can’t hear the music too much and if you like to party then it doesn’t matter if you can hear music lol! Helpful friendly staff and shout out to bar man TONG who is a great host when getting ready for night out drinks around the bar! LOVED this hostel and will definitely be returning! Thanks for making us feel so welcome x

Enjoyable

The dorm was clean and beds were large and comfy. Unfortunately it does get very loud at night as they are located next to a cabaret club, but there is very little they themselves can do about that. A nice pool and small bar in the courtyard, serving nice cocktails and cold beer. Very nice staff too, would recommend if you don’t mind noise at night

Noisy

Would have loved to give them a 5 star review, because they do deserve it. But I've been staying in party hostels for two weeks and I just needed some rest and piece! They are right next to a massive club and i can't sleep through the noice. I even put some ear plugs in, but to no avail.
My problem is that they no where mentioned this before I booked. No where on their website nor on my booking site this is mentioned. And i must say that this isn't fair to not be able to make a informed decision.

Definitely Recommend!

After a few weeks in party hostels, was looking for something a bit more laidback. This place was perfect because it's literally a two minute walk to the main road and about five to get to Chaweng Beach. It has a nice clean pool and the staff are super sweet. There was no one else at the bar so they let me watch a movie on the TV, set it to English and everything. They have three super cute tiny hostel dogs too! The privacy curtains are amazing, the light in the room can be on all night and you wouldn't even know, so if you get in late from the bars you don't have to use your phone light and shuffle around in the dark. Three breakfast options included for free!!

Very unsociable and loud hostel

Staff were ok but not extremely helpful. The hostel beds were hard and very uncomfortable. Not helped by the constant sound of loud music from the clubs and airplanes flying extremely low overhead. One of the showers was cold whilst the other switched from extremely hot back to warm repeatedly during a shower making it uncomfortable and irritating. Not very sociable as a hostel.
