Beautiful Location, Tidy hotel, Friendly staffs

The hotel is located a 25 km away from Prague city. In fact it is located in a town called Celakovice. It is an old duplex building, very clean and tidy. Staffs are really friendly, they are mostly ladies. It offered breakfast in a good restaurant within the hotel. Surrounding areas are very beautiful, green and flowery.

A desaster !

Too bad we can't put 0
Impossible to sleep with the noise made by young people around and in the hotel!
No one at reception after 9:30 p.m. so we have to put up with the screaming! They look like animals at this point...
And since there is no air conditioning or even a fan, we have to leave the windows open so as not to suffocate!
A horror !!!
If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place... move on!

Ok to sleep but nothing more

One lady from the reception was very nice, she offered us tea and a kettle for our room, but it was not in a standard. The room was spacious but had an unpleasant smell. There was no heating at the first night and nobody said "sorry", when I asked the second lady from the reception about the heating in English, she replied in Czech that they're working on it.
Our bad was comfortable, tv was working, it was quiet at night. The car park is placed next to the builiding and the street, so don't expect a fence.
The restaurant was closed for the whole day, except breakfasts. The food was ok and there was a nice lady in the restaurant.
Near the hotel you'll find Billa, Penny Market, Tesco and a petrol station.

I was actually surprised!

We were visiting the Truck Trial in Milovice, an event every year around the end of april. The hotel had to be not too far from Milovice, but also not too far from Prague, since we wanted to visit both. The Hotel Toscca seemed perfect for this and so i got an offer for 2600CZK , around 95€, for two persons for two nights including breakfast. This was almost half the price of the IBIS in Prague, also with free parking (IBIS Prague around 24€/Day!), so the decision was easy for us. We just needed a place to sleep and we're not picky, still we thought it's not going to be too good for that price. We arrived at 0:30 in the night and there was an elderly woman at the reception waiting for us, as discussed. The room looked like it was renovated just a little time ago, everything was new and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, nothing to complain about. Next came the breakfast. If you're used to high-class hotels, you're not going to be happy. The bread was a bit hard, there wasn't much choice, but we were happy with it, we didn't expect more and didn't have to leave hungry. The rooms are close to a main street, but there isn't much traffic at night and the windows are good.
The next night was the same. Nothing special, but definitely good enough to sleep there. We also didn't try out the restaurant, but there were lots of locals sitting there in the afternoon.
You can park for free and there's also a train station just a minute away, the train takes you to Brandýs nad Labem every hour or, in the opposite direction, to the main station of Celakovice. It is around 20-25min away by foot, so if you want to visit Prague by train, like we did, take a taxi or a bus to the main station, if you don't like to walk.
There' also free WLAN without time restrictions, which worked very well and fast.

Ok pobyt

Prostorné parkoviště, ochotný personál, bezbariérový pokoj splnil požadavky (výtah není k dispozici). Hotel je vhodný pro služební cesty, pro jednotlivce, na krátký pobyt. Umístění na okraji města na hlavní cestě.
Větší důraz na čistotu (pavučiny a pavouci v rozích místnosti, ve skříni (sice podzim, takže se stahuje hmyz do vnitřních prostor, ale). Restaurace je korejského typu.
