Convenient location, clean hotel, helpful staff, but it would be appropriate to update some operational things and equipment. Nowadays, carrying keys in your pocket instead of a card is annoying, the door of room 302 did not fit, so light from the hallway shone through, etc. In short - if I want to pretend to be a 4-star hotel, the equipment and everything else should correspond to that. Now it corresponds more to 3 stars.

I'd come back.

You can tell that in the past it was a category hotel. Today it is half restored, with its original doors, with common key, and not very modern bathrooms. Very spacious room, very small bathroom. Well located. Price good service. Very good breakfast.
I'd repeat.

Hotel’s location is very close to the city centre and to local shops.
No aircon - this was difficult in August.
No toilet paper in any of the toilets around the hotel.
Breakfast quite basic.
We enjoyed it apart from the heat.

Disappointing; I didn't get the spacious room I paid for.

.Hello I am currently staying at this hotel; I was given a room that looks nothing like the one in the photos. I asked to change rooms and was given a small one (307) with dirty walls, even though I had paid for a spacious, 20-square-meter room. It is very hot, there is a lot of noise from outside, and the room is located right next to the elevator. The vacation has got off to a bad start. Disappointing.
