The original concept. Very expensive.

When choosing a hotel, I was attracted to the location of the hotel and the two-storey villa with sea view. The hotel is a long way from Bodrum, I understood that, so I don't consider it a downside. Taxis to the city can only be called through the reception, wait half an hour. Villas on the mountain, several lines, guests from villas to restaurants, the beach and around the grounds is carried by a buggy that you call through watsapp, arrives in literally 3-5 minutes. The main and undeniable plus is living conditions and an unusual concept. The villa is huge, 400 meters, there's plenty of space, ours could have been lived on, there were three of us. Two floors, on each bedroom, dining room downstairs, dining room not on the second floor, balcony with sea view that takes your breath away, kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for life, from cups and cutlery to coffee machine and grill. Glasses, pans, dishwasher, everything. There's no dishwashing pills. If you have three restaurants, you can cook yourself, the products will be delivered by the hotel concierge service in a couple of hours from the nearest supermarket and costs 30€. Three restaurants, these are: Main, Mediterranean ELIA, Michelin, Italian, PaperMoon and Turkish seafood restaurant TersKose. At lunchtime on the beach you can find a short menu of Italian restaurants. You know, every dinner was accompanied by some obligatory joint. At ELIA, when logically ordering three main courses for three guests, suddenly bring two, then apologize and another 15 minutes cook the third steak. Turkish doesn't make something out of the order either. With wine, joints, order a bottle, pour out of my bottle to me, someone else at the next table, take away the empty bottle. I'm a little nervous and ask who drank my bottle of wine, I didn't seem to buy anyone, apologize and bring a new one, didn't realize I didn't order two glasses. The answer is simple - the staff practically doesn't understand English, I didn't understand it immediately, the solution-translation to Turkish in the phone. It'll be easier. The Italian restaurant is the most popular, it gathers the happy owners of villas in neighboring villages, every evening is enclosed and you need to book in advance. And yet the most expensive restaurant, a dinner for three with 500€ wine, will not work any less.
That's too much, in my opinion. Another chip-You are sent a three-course "homemade" menu daily, which can be delivered to the villa for dinner, it is inexpensive and very delicious. Massage at the B-minus spa, the pool is nice. Still a sensitive joint, breakfast for me as a member of LHW was not free, turns out there is a small limit on free breakfast and the system is unclear. When the bill for €240 came to me for breakfast for three, I was very sad.
The hotel has virtually no foreigners, only Turkish residents. It's all locked up under his own. In general, it is a premium resort with a very high price for everything and obvious problems with the service.

The place good to relax.

The beach I'd never expected. It surprised me.the sea water was turquoise blue,calm...the arrangement of the sunbathing beds are suit the place.Very encouraging to swim though the water a bit cold. The music makes me stay longerThere a lot of fish, small shell on sea shore that I picked everyday.

Please dont spend your time and money

Very bad, so cheap people, poor service , unhappy employees , very low quality
I dont recommend that place for sure
Foods are also very amateur and prices are no sense
Owners and their friends run that place as supermarket
They have no experience on hospitality its obvious

Truly amazing hotel with super staff

This is a wonderful hotel in the most gorgeous surroundings and with amazing views. The rooms are great and really spacious. We had a two bedroomed place as room doesn’t do it justice. There is so much space that you feel you could move in. We had an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen as well as seating outside for both lounging and eating.
The hotel itself is the right side of busy with enough people to not feel too isolated but never so crowded that you felt it was noisy. If you want a hotel where you can walk out to shops/ bars and restaurants, this isn’t for you but if you want as close to a perfect hotel as you can get in a stunning setting, you should choose here.
The staff are so friendly but not intrusive at all. I have stayed in a good number of hotels this side of Bodrum and this has to be one of the very best.

A super cool villa-esque hotel/small resort

First off this hotel has a stunning location and the large glass windows (floor to ceiling) in the rooms give a view to just stare at. A lot. I thought it was beautifully designed, but I'd seen the photos and knew it was right up my street. The open air reception area, the cute Patisserie and seating area and the very nice spa area were very tastefully done. The fact that NOBU has decided to put it's restaurant at this hotel is testament to it being a quiet and very cool place. I would say it's an adult only place and not for families, although accept as it's more villa-like with outdoor tables and kitchen areas in prime summer there might be more kids around. For us we visited end of September so it seemed very quiet & more suited to adults, in some ways it was almost too quiet. We like quiet but it meant a sense that the place was shutting down. Breakfast was at additional cost and served in Nobu but even that shut before we left. We ate twice at Paper Moon which was very nice and again a lovely setting. The gym is quite small but did have water bottles available and disposable towels but being outdoor it was hot! The pontoons are a super feature though, we loved it down there all day, jumping in the sea and just reading/lying around. The buggy service is great, we either whatsapp'd or rang the reception and they turned up within a few minutes. We had the entry priced room but views stunning, bed comfy (although would have liked a duvet and not the simple bedcover), great shower and bathroom area and a closet area - it was much bigger than I expected plus the outdoor kitchen and seating area. The equipment/utensils were a bit poor and lacking, we tried to eat once but failed miserably between what we had to make supper with and what we were able to buy at a Carrefour, not quite choice of supermarkets in the uk! I really liked this place, yes it wasn't perfect, yes the building site still going on but it wasn't that noisy and didn't affect our time there.
