Excellent Hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable experience.
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and genuine hospitality of the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly friendly, polite, professional, and attentive. They always greeted us with a smile and were more than happy to help with any request or question. What really stood out was how sincerely they cared about making our stay special. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made a huge difference and made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were always available when needed, but at the same time they gave us the perfect amount of privacy and comfort. It is clear that the hotel has a team of people who take great pride in what they do, and their dedication is one of the strongest aspects of the hotel.
The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. Everything was well organized, and we felt comfortable from the first day until the end of our stay.
A special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and wonderful hospitality. People can make or break a hotel experience, and in this case, the staff truly made our stay unforgettable.
I left the hotel with very positive memories and would definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Delight!

I really liked the hotel. It is located in the heart of the Fatih Historic District, near the Eminönü Ferry Station. In walking distance the most popular sights: Aya Sophia Cathedral, Blue Mosque, Basilica Tank, Grand Bazaar, Egyptian Bazaar, etc.
The hotel was housed in a late Ottoman building built in 1911. The interior decorations of the rooms are classic. There is a restaurant on the top and ground floors.
Rooms: safe, minibar, air conditioning, slippers, bathrobe, bath amenities.
The staff are very friendly and responsive, responding to requests in a friendly manner.
I'll definitely be back at this beautiful hotel.

Great experience, lovely stay

Very nice hotel, classy but informal, nice terrace also on the rooftop with an excellent skyline view, friendly people, and an absolutely perfect location, within walking distance from all historical must-sees. Would strongly recommend!

ABSOLUTE SAFETY HAZARD – DO NOT STAY HERE! -

I stayed here with my mother in two separate rooms, and our experience was traumatizing.
STOLEN MONEY & DISHONEST MANAGEMENT: Shortly after checking in, money was stolen directly from both of our wallets inside our rooms. When we confronted management, a man claimed to only be the "restaurant manager"—a complete lie, as he was indeed the hotel manager.
COVER-UP & INTIMIDATION: He flatly refused to show us the security camera footage (even though cameras were located right above our room doors) and refused to provide the key access card report. When I said I was calling the police, he became threatening and aggressive.
SAFETY RISK: The staff spoke in Turkish, acted extremely suspiciously, and made us feel in immediate physical danger. The police never arrived despite our calls. Terrified, my mother and I locked ourselves inside one room all night, couldn't sleep, and fled the hotel at first light.
DISGUSTING CONDITIONS: On top of the danger, the hotel was filthy, smelled terrible, and was extremely noisy. Cleaners were staring suspiciously at my bags.
We are actively pursuing this with the embassy and law enforcement. This hotel is a danger to the public, especially women traveling together. RUN AWAY!
