Close to the beach, a bit dated.

Positive:
The price-performance ratio was fair overall. The (first) room had its own bathroom, a balcony and a small kitchenette. The TV also worked, the bed was comfortable and the service was friendly. Check-in was straightforward, I had called beforehand to say that I would not be checking in until around 11 p.m. and that was no problem. The beach is less than 2 minutes away on foot.
Cons:
The bathroom in the first room had severe mold on the ceiling. The shower head was not attached to the shower hose and no water came out of the hose at first (they took care of this immediately after speaking to me). Nevertheless, I changed rooms, which were much more comfortable afterwards. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 3. Overall, the hotel seemed a little older, but still acceptable. It was also very noisy there.

This was obviously a lovely property in its day however, its now in need of a full renovation and new linens, mattresses etc. In a great location with so much potential but i would say its worse than basic as is.
