Amazing.

Decent hotel. The service is at the level, the staff is welcoming and friendly, the room is warm, clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast was varied, all dishes were fresh and tasty. The Georgian restaurant at the hotel is excellent - tasty, fast and high quality. I recommend.

Ok hotel, friendly staff!

Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. It is clean in the room every day. They have conference rooms and are right in the city center. Tasty cuisine, varied breakfast. Affordable prices for the services they provide.

Not great.

Sorry to write a bad review. The room had a continuous supply of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere in the building because I do not smoke. It was disgusting. There was wall paper pealing off the walls and what appeared to be damp. I could not get any hot water out of the taps when I got back from work at 18:00 which seems ridiculous. The fridge was not re-stocked with water and so I had to request this from the reception. Lastly, there were only net curtains over the windows which meant I could not block out any street lights at night and daylight savings early in the morning. Also I could not switch on the light when changing clothes at night as there was no privacy due to the thin net curtains present. Seriously poor service.
On a positive note, the internet was reliable and accessible to be able to work in the evening.

Nice Stay in Sumy

Big room, has English TV stations, but should more English TV stations, good breakfast, has great pastry and ice cream shop, good internet, good laundry, very helpful staff to find local shops and restaurants and trips to Kharkiv and Kiev. Most front desk staff also speaks good English

Absolutely delightful!

Centered in City Center, this hotel has much to offer, at very reasonable prices. The food was outstanding and the Western restaurant and lounge is a good replicate of the old West right out of America.
Try the Steak, Chicken, Ribs, Pork Tenderloin, and the wonderful home made pastries. Reikart has its own brewery and their draft beer is very nice.
Rooms were average size but the décor was lovely in the renovated rooms. I even changed my room to one that was not redecorated because it had a queen size bed for my 6' 5" frame. The price was less than half of the redecorated rooms. But the room was comfortable. Mini refrigerator and stocked bar. Shower in the nice size bath.
The waitresses Elena and Marina were wonderful. Most of the wait staff wore western clothes to authenticate the atmosphere. A local singer sang old Frank Sinatra songs and others from the 50's and 60's and they show old western movies on a large screen.
Great place to dine with entertainment. Friday and Saturday nights are the best.
