It's ok, when you have to stay in the near

For this price you can expect a better niveau. Lamp and air conditioning were not functioning in the room. There are no shampoo or shower gel.
I booked months advance with fix price and when we got there I had to pay more (I don't mean the extra taxes). Our precursory wish (double bed) was also like never existed (then why the form to fill out?). Luckily at the reception she gave us another room.
The breakfasts was ok, but don't expect a European standard meal with very wide range of foods and quality.
Check out till 10 I find way too early.
You really just get a minimum, a very basic, but at least clean room...and since there are no other hotels in the near, they are a little insolent with the price.

Great price and value ratio

We spent one night here in a double room, which was literally like a brand new. Actually the majority of the motel looked very new or it might have been recently refurbished. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clear. The staff was extremly helpful and kind.
The breakfast was quailty and ample.

“SPACIOUS APARTMENT”

I booked an Apartment unit for 4 nights in September for my daughter and myself. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean. Though the kitchenette unfortunately doesn’t have anything besides a stove and a fridge. Beautiful stylish restaurant with delicious buffet breakfasts (if there are enough guests). But if there aren’t enough guests (like after our 1st night) then breakfast needs to be ordered and it was kind of awkward as we were not offered options or a refill on our coffee and juice. We also had to change rooms due some electrical faillure. Adequate parking and close to shops.

Clean and quiet hotel, modern simple rooms

Dabas is a small city 40mins drive from Budapest, and if you have an event in Dabas Sport Arena it is a good place to stay.
Newly renovated cosy rooms, quiet neighborhood, good restsurant with Hungarian and European menu, wifi, parking and pleasant staff.
