Value for money hotel

I recently stayed here for one night and this was an ok experience.
Check-in was smooth but lacked a bit of friendliness; no smiles, no 'welcome to our hotel', The room was big and clean as was the bathroom, but in comparison with the room size, this was a small area. The shower door didn't close properly but on the other hand the shower was excellent. Bed's were ok. Soundproofing is not the strongest point here. Breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations and was really good with plenty of choice. Add to this ample and free parking space and you end up with a solid passing score.

I had to change the room because no hot water for the shower, and in the new room, the air conditioner is not working, so sleep with a lot of high temperature.
Afternoon check-in staff, ask us to fill out the forms for all guests, including children, so I had to fill out for all of us. I complained why you do not copy the passport and fill the form for the only adult guest. He said 'No'. Police required.
Evening staff is very helpful, but he can not do anything because it is a facility problem and he cannot repair the problems.

Hotel staff were courteous but will benefit from additional customer service training such as smiling and show some excitement about the work.
