Really nice staff helpful with everything and friendly. I Really enjoyed the stay for 8 budget.

Lovely complex can’t fault 10/10
We stayed here for a month and can’t fault from the friendly welcoming reception staff to the immaculate garden and pool area.The location is great 10-15 minutes walk to harbour area.The room was spotless and spacious and had most utensils as well as a fridge,cooker, washing machine and microwave.All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend 10/10

Amazing
Been coming to paphos for many years & I've got to say artemis cynthia complex is amazing! The apartment was lovely & spacious with everything you need for a long stay we had a pool view from the lovely balcony & also a sea view which we was not expecting There is 4 pools altogether on the complex & one has a child's pool next to it & they're all lovely & clean maintained by the lovely staff.
Also a 1st for us every 4 days we got our beds changed with clean linen, fresh towels, bins emptied & floors mopped by the lovely staff & once again they were all lovely The reception was steps away from us & the ladies were very welcoming on arrival & very helpful if needed anything all in all the set up & the complex is amazing & also the best value for money & will definitely be coming back next year as booked again literally the day after we got home

fantastic place
fantastic location - you can get everywhere on foot or by bus, the facility is comfortable, clean, spacious and you will find everything there, even an iron or a hair dryer.

BED BUGS!!! And terrible service afterwards
Absolutely unacceptable experience. We discovered bed bugs in our room and have photos/videos clearly showing them, along with the bites we suffered after staying here. Instead of treating the situation seriously, the hotel staff seemed dismissive and showed very little concern for guest safety or hygiene.
What made this even worse was the complete refusal to provide a refund or take meaningful responsibility for the situation. Finding bed bugs in a hotel room is already bad enough, but the way management handled it was honestly shocking. No real apology, no urgency, and no proper customer care.
We had to deal with bites, stress, checking all of our luggage/clothes afterward, and the risk of bringing bed bugs home — something no guest should ever have to worry about after paying for accommodation.
I strongly recommend future guests think twice before booking here. Cleanliness and customer service appear to be far below acceptable standards. I am uploading photos and videos so people can judge for themselves.

But as you were staying in a privately owned apartment - not related with us - the options we had to offer were limited. We offered you an alternative apartment but you would not accept it.

At this stage, we have not been able to independently confirm the claims made, however we are continuing to investigate the matter thoroughly with our housekeeping and pest-control partners. Guest wellbeing is always our priority, and we would never intentionally dismiss concerns raised by any visitor.
We also regret that you felt unsupported during your stay. While refund decisions must follow the outcome of internal investigations and booking policies, we understand the stress and discomfort situations like this can cause.
We remain committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards and appreciate all feedback as part of improving our service. We encourage any guest with concerns to contact management directly so matters can be addressed promptly and appropriately.
