Dirty, unpleasant, not recommended!
I don’t have a problem with a hotel being simple or basic or even old but when it is unclean it is very unpleasant. This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been in and I didn’t stay the whole night but left when I found a bug in the bed just before getting into it for the night!
It was the final straw after trying to turn a blind eye to how dirty it was; there were ants on the floor when I came in, the bedcover and mattress cover looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, the floor hadn’t been cleaned, there were hairs in the bathroom, dirty walls…. The hotel lobby looked like a living room with TV and piles of books and stuff everywhere.
My colleagues didn’t feel comfortable in their rooms either but due to a shortage of accommodation in Bilbao that night we had no other option. We hadn’t read the other reviews prior to our stay but it seems it won’t make a difference as nothing has changed.
Places like this shouldn’t still be open!

A hotel SCAM
It's a scam. The photos they publish do not correspond to reality.
Very dirty hotel. The bathroom could not be entered as dirty as it was.
The room smells of smoke.
All in all a very unpleasant experience.
And if you trust that at 90 euros a night you guarantee it is a good hotel, you are wrong.

I don't recommend it.
The only good thing is the location, the clean rooms x" where the mother-in-law sees", and the towels that were white, gray, broken and all different, gives the impression that they bought them 2° hand on the trail. They won't let you take the key to the room, and the parking lot opens and closes them, you have to be calling. The reception, the hall, and the balconies have Diogenes syndrome, with books, keys, pots... dirty and messy.
The rooms are not air-conditioned, nor do fans smell of old. And mosquitoes are common.

Central-garage own-deal
We had been about 9-10 years ago and it is still the same, good deal, clean, have books to read and take you, parking included and in the center of Bilbao, highly recommended

Totally abandoned
The hotel is well located , the bed is comfortable and the attentive overnight stay is the only acceptable thing on site, it has no air conditioning, broken stained gray towels, as well as the bedspread.
Both the hall and the reception is infested with junk is amazing, the whole hotel smells damp is unpleasant.
The elevator is locked and you have to wait for the staff. The hotel seems to be many years old and in need of a comprehensive renovation is totally abandoned.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
