After staying 3 times before, I was a little put out that we didn't get coffee and creamer to last us the full four nights.
The bed was extremely comfy, but the topper did not cover the whole bed and it felt funny under my pillow.
The hotel itself is a perfect location.
We would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant

Very spacious and clean room. Lovely front desk service. Good location. If the prices don't go up, it will be my choice forever

Terrible.

There was dust in the room from a long time ago since there were lint balls, they were hanging from the ceiling, and behind the TV. In the kettle there were dried herbs and dirt inside. They didn't clean the bathroom since I left a hair and it was there during the entire stay. The breakfast was very repetitive, as it was always the same. The only good thing was the location, and although the staff was pleasant, they didn't pay attention when we mentioned the dust while showing them photos.

10/10 Excellent!

10/10 A perfect family stay! Our family stayed at the hotel the night of July 5th to 6th.
The service at the front desk was excellent and we were able to check in with our children before the usual time, something we really appreciated, given the heat. They offered us an upgraded room.
The family room was very spacious, very comfortable, and equipped with absolutely everything necessary for us and the children. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable in every corner, something we value very much when traveling with minors. The breakfast deserves a special mention: fantastic and very complete! There was a great variety of fresh, high-quality products for all tastes. Without a doubt, a totally recommendable hotel for traveling with family. We will definitely be back!
