Bad experience.
Terrible experience.
The facilities are old, poorly maintained, dirty, the bathtub is super high (an elderly person would not be able to get into that bathtub), the door did not close and had to be lifted a bit to close.
The curtain rod was torn from the ceiling, there are holes in the wall, dampness on the ceiling, and the walls are cracked.
The bed had no bedspread or anything, just the sheets.
It was extremely hot in the room and the views "of the sea" were also of a super dirty roof full of cigarette butts.
The hotel has an elevator, but it is broken... you have to go up the stairs.
The service in the restaurant is terrible (at least when I was there).
There is a lot of noise outside and it is impossible to sleep.
Nothing like what appears in the photos.
I find it to be a scam.

Half finished dirty hotel
Awful from start to finish
Clearly an unfinished hotel or a work in progress.
Dirty builders dust everywhere and piles of rubbish lining the hallway.
Room itself filthy with builders grout and dirt all over the bathroom. Unfinished wall fixtures etc
No hairdryer or even a coat hanger in the room.
Raised all as an issue and staff not interested . Asked for a refund so I could move to another hotel and was told no!!!!!!
Ignored in bar area.
Restaurant actually lovely but would of been nice if staff paid as much attention to the hotel guest as they did to Restaurant guest.

No shame for the treatment received
I find it regrettable the behavior of the establishment, having a reservation for this Sunday made well in advance, and that they cancel it because it is a reservation made through a discount site that apparently does not leave much money in the cash register.
As if the people who come through the discount site were not customers as well, this shows a lack of professionalism and empathy at the same time.
At the same time, I must communicate that the service leaves much to be desired, slow and scarce, and the tables are cramped, not to mention the heat in the establishment.

To be avoided, terrible!
Terrible, awful experience, I do not recommend it to anyone. The ceiling of the room collapsed and a river of foul-smelling water flooded the room and our clothes and personal belongings. No replacement room was offered and no assistance was provided to find an alternative solution at another facility. It was around 8:00 PM, impossible to speak with a manager, truly a bad experience.

Pass your way for an apartment!
Inadmissible 160chf at night for an apartment with very old furniture, horrible bedding and dirty sofa. Dirty apartment. Not even dared to sit on the chairs and sofa! No soap in the shower the tube was empty!
And we are asked for the price of one night to throw the garbage!! No but serious?!
Pass your way because frankly nothing positive except the sea view.
